Stealing would be removing any credits the video has, and claiming you have made it.

Publishing is obviously leaving the video untouched and giving credit to who made it.

Considering every upload is unedited and has a creator name in the description, i wonder which it is....

Feel free to go make a Nico account (buy premium for the proper quality), and go to Yuhas page and watch it if you like (good luck finding all 400-450 videos i've uploaded though), am not forcing anybody to watch my channels....you can go find them all yourself if you like.

@SkyFlyZz Dude, read the description. There, the name of the ACTUAL editor is written. He does not stole AMV's. He just uploads the most awesome ones so that people can enjoy them. Why? Because, as you can see, it's really hard to find a good AMV on YT. Besides, if you check all his channels, you'll see the porpouse of them in the description. Most important, every video uploaded by him has the name of the actual editor in the description. So, how come is it stealing?
