@Nocturne22 nope, it's "muffler". I'm assuming you know what a muffler is, that's why they show the comic strip of the angry guy in the car at that part. xD

@FroFrogInc I only noticed the error because I watched this on Teletoon retro a while ago with the closed captioning on - it said muffin. That makes a lot more sense than 'muffler's gone' - the guy in the car is mad because he skipped breakfast! Also, how does a car start without a muffler...?

@Nocturne22 A muffler is not necessary for the car to be driven, what a muffler does is it reduces the noise produced by the exhaust. its just a pain in the ass to not have a muffler and if it falls off somehow or gets damaged, then your car is really loud. So loud that you're not supposed to drive without one. It was more common for mufflers to break when this theme was made than it is now, that why i think it's actually "muffler".

@Nocturne22 although i do find it interesting that you say you saw the sub-titles say "muffin", and though your explanation makes sense, i think in context of the comic strip, muffler makes more sense. there's no way to be sure though :/

@Castrum Pretty good, used to air on Teletoon at 6:30pm and a pretty good adaption even though I didn't know the comic that well.

Btw did you know that Silverwing and Redwall used to air right after this show too? Sad thing is I remember Teletoon only airing those 3 together in the weekend evenings.

@Thomasmemoryscentral Man, those were the days. Silverwing and Redwall were awesome (I have them both on DVD).

I took a glance at Teletoon a few days ago and I was appalled: reruns of Johnny Test, some Hot Wheels show, that mediocre George of the Jungle spinoff cartoon, and the same crap Fox airs every night (American Dad, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, etc.).

@Thomasmemoryscentral I miss the days when Teletoon had a ton of different shows that were all good. Hell, I'd even settle for the return of Marvin the Talking Horse. At least that show was watchable.

@Castrum Johnny Test is okay but the same US people do silly things crap, George of The Jungle is hit or miss and the Hot Wheels show is actually not that bad. American Dad is decent but Family Guy needs to die. Seth just really isn't trying anymore and it's declining with barely any good episodes anymore.

@Thomasmemoryscentral Johnny Test seemed decent for a kid's show, but otherwise it looked pretty meh (reminds me of like 5 other shows that I probably couldn't tell apart). GotJ was ok for what it was, but again, it just wasn't very interesting. I watched an episode of the Hot Wheels show and I was definitely getting a Shadow Raiders feel from it; even so, I'm not really a fan of tie-in shows, mostly due to Max Steel :-P

@Thomasmemoryscentral AD and FG both need to die. I'm so tired of both of them. AD feels like a ripoff of FG in pretty much every way possible, and FG hasn't honestly been good since Season 3. These days it seems to be more about bad jokes and "crossing the line" more than anything else.
