  • OMG!! i loooooooooove your makeup here!! its so pretty mashallah :)))) it matches perfectly with your outfit!! ♥

  • I have to say that I love your videos just because I love seeing the beautiful styles you are able to come up with (although I'm usually a simple wrap-and-go girl) but more than that I love seeing the different scarves "in action"! I love the lace scarf and the underscarf! I've order some lace scarves, of course from Pearl Daisy ; ) but I haven't worn them in a while...but now I must pull them out and wear them as soon as possible!

  • Mashallah keep up THE good work!!! Love your vids.

  • @1117kristina Wa 'alaikum as-salaam, sister :o) aw that's really nice of you to say. There's nothing I've been doing to lose weight, though, and there are a few pounds to go still lol

  • you can pin the under chin no snag pin from the inside under your chin. the back looks really nice mash'aAllaah x

  • I got so excited commenting on this on my iPhone that I accidentally hit the 'flag as inappropriate' button. Soooo sorry :(

  • Ooooh this is my fave Hijaab style of yours EVER!! It looks so cute Masha'Allah! And I think the way you say 'Twist, twist, tweeeest' in a funny little tune is hilarious! I been saying it all day! Twist, twist, tweeeest!

  • OK, this is exactly what I have been wating for so patiently, since I have seen your "JEDI"- Hijabstylevideo. Namely, the PRINCESS AMIDALA- Hijabstyle. Your so called Hoojabulace reminds me of the noble robes in STAR WARS, which to some extent conform to the islamic dress code for women. Star Wars can be quite a precious inspiration for the brainchild. And again:

    ~~~~ MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU ~~~~
  • @LoY006 Star Wars... inspiration. Agree with you, I do... ;o)
  • wow, looks good on you mashallah but might not look good on me (I have a long face and a big head lol). I'm gonna try it and see if it does look good will be sure to post it on your facebook fan page!
  • Please let me know what top are you wearing? I love the ruffles at the side and the mustard color!
  • u look beautiful mashalah
  • amina aapi wht thng u use as a base
    u r lokkng so cute MASHALLAH
  • Mashallah thats very pretty... i am going to try this on my czns wedding :) thank u for such gr8 tutorials :) may Allah bless u sister :)
  • Salaam i love this style its right up my street! Could you please tell me which foundation u use as it looks lovely and i have a similar skin tone to yours, jazakallah. Xx
  • I love this! :D
  • Wow! I will be getting this look for myself and my marriage ceremony witness :-)
  • Macha'allah this would look lovely on brides that wear a scarf on their wedding day. Obviously it would be a white scarf and what I'd do is a white/silver lace scarf for the white dress. I've worn a white, a red and a turquoise dress on my wedding day so it depends on the color of your dresses. And i didn't wear a scarf because the women and men were separated in different rooms.
  • @SY9891 Yes, that's very true! Thank you for the suggestion :o) I will need to stock some gold and silver Hoojabs - this will work so well for brides!
  • MashAllah sis, you're so pretty and your tutorial is great! I love the combination !!
  • Eye makeup tutorial please!
  • lovelyy MashaAllaH! <3
  • would this look without a hoojab and just a normal hijab?
  • @FiiZAYPOPx You could do the same style but the twists would be a lot bulkier and you wouldn't be able to wrap the scarf around the head as many times. But I'm sure you could adjust it to make it work!
  • SO Pretty Mashallah!
    :) x
  • @MizzKw33n Thank you!
  • isn't it heavy?
  • @Shoen Nah, not for me. But, like I said, this one isn't for everyone :o)
  • @Amenakin XD for me in summer even my hair seems heavy.....sometime i dream of cutting all!
  • What are you wearing on your eyes? I really like it :)
  • @Shepherdess501 Urban Decay eyeshadow in "baked" (goldish) and the black one (can't remember the name of it), with a gold highlight pigment by NYX
  • Wow thats so pretty; masha'Allah! I'm soo gonna try that...in the winter n snowy days lol
  • @lovepoison102 Haha would make a nice replacement for the wooly winter hats, eh!
  • 'oh i like that' hehehe figuring out what you like on the way. :) creative
  • Love Love Love! I think in UK it would be perfect in the winter lol but here in Portugal I am sure I would faint lol 2 underscarfs + 2 hijabs... But sooo lovely!
  • Will you marry me/ I like ze women wis ze hoojab and swagger! :P
  • @ValleyGurlFrmHell lol :oP
  • Amena, how do u make everything look good on u?! Lucky some, hey? =P I love ur eye make up! If u can, please do a tutorial. =) x
  • too much work!!!
  • i love ur videos and all the different ways you wear the hijab.
    I must ask though, if you are out and you need to do wudu around prayer time, isn't it a hassle to make wudu and then redo the entire style? Perhaps this one is a bit more simpler but I guess I'm referring to the more complicated ones where you have accessories and so many other things attached. I would love to be able to do some of these styles but I feel like it's not as easily maintained for a long pd of time.
  • @beyonce1950 I agree - this one would definitely be a hassle to have to keep redoing, and isn't suitable to be worn for long periods of time where multiple prayer times would come up
  • @beyonce1950 hmm but why would you have to take it off for wadu??
    i mean brushing you hair is permissible in the case of wearing the hijab by just running your wet/damp fingers below your scarf just to brush the front of your hair.
    hope i'm not mistaken cause i asked about this before, hope it helps :)
  • I love you! Keep the tutorials coming :D Never stop lol xD Very creative m'A. Is this the Liquorice hoojab? i don't own a hoojab though:/ what a shame haha! When I work I will i'A.. You go gal <3
  • @hereisyourusername Nope, I believe it's the dark brown :oD
  • i dont like this too many twists
  • Absolutely beautiful Mashallah.
  • Twist, twist, twist... you're very fun tow watch. :) And Subhanallah, how do you keep coming up with these styles? 0.o
  • These hijab styles look so amazing on you. I bet we can all experiment if we had the creativity and patience. Especially in the summer I wonder how hot it can get w all the layers. I tried one of ur styles last summer but gave up, didn't have the patience at a wedding w an central ac lol. But its still fun to watch what you create every now and then. Also wants to thank u for inspiring all the girls n women on here who have learned so much from you. U make the world a better place
  • @paprichaat5 aw, you're most welcome :o) Thank you for your kind words
  • Asalamuwalikum Sister Amena can you please do the makeup tutorial please it looks lovely thank you :)
  • liquorice! :D
  • @azyeennekun lol. That has given me a cuh-raving!
  • Love the way you did this hijab!...:)...MashAllah!
  • @sweetshareen Thanks, Shareen!
  • Cute <3
  • @guate930 thanks!
  • Not so fancy! Those twists look like african dreads!
  • @TOOOZ2000 You can do it without twisting it will look very nice !!
  • @supacouscous .. Welll then it wud be a "normal and ordinary" hijab and no need for this whole video. I reckon Amenakin wanted to stress the twist part but again I think the twisting she did adds tooooo much flavour to her hijab.
  • i was first to watch...hahha...cool
  • good as per usual sister...MashAllah...x
  • @materialofmodesty thank you for watching & commenting :o)
  • I think this is too complicated for me! =P
  • @marianosman Yup it is complicated, I agree
  • @Amenakin But very beautiful, Jazakilah Kheir!
  • @marianosman wa iyyakum, sister :o)
  • @marianosman Especielly if you have to make wudu at the mosque for instance, take it apart and then put it back together again :). But it does look beautiful ma sha Allah :).
  • @Zoldidi I work and I end up doing wudu at work, or when I'm in school its the same thing. But maybe for a special occasion inshallah. =)
  • @marianosman in sha Allah :))
  • you are absolutely beautiful amena and very creativee <3
  • @Lovettesz You're always so sweet! Thank you x
