im not to fond of the wii so im not sure. i do no the wii as no DLC for rock band OR custom characters. online im not sure. my friend has a wii so thats how i no this. i just dont like the way, to much of a family/party system. ps3/360 are best for single player games or online play in my opinion.

The first rb doesn't have anything... I know because I have it. The new rockband 2 is gonna have dlc, online, and custom characters. At least that's what I heard.

They are making a lot of delays on rb2 for wii though. :-\ Hopefully they are trying to make the old dlc's available to wii users.
