Ciao, non possiedo questo telefono, però vedo che non è un problema "fisico" hardware, ma software.... dovresti tentare a flasharlo col cavo e trovare il firmware adatto, visto che non viene messo a disposizione una utility (come ad esempio NSU "Nokia Software Updater" per i nokia) devi tentare a googlare, oppure cercare sul mulo o torrent ;) ora verifico... xD

btw..even if you did...damn...I will not buy thjis phone...I thought it could be a good present for my sister..wich doesn't need to much from a phone...but HECK !! if she will ever face a problem like this I couldn't imagine what may happen :)
also...it is REALLY BAD to give a present wich JUST DON'T WORK as expeted.....
i fixed it! i did that callibration thing for like 10 minutes or so and finally after touching the screen like 500 times it said "done" and it was fixed.
mine got the same thing, i played around with the pen callibration and i was able to fix it but later on i restored the factory settings for no reason and that was a stupid mistake because when it turned back on it had the same problem, no i cant fix it but theres hope since i was able to fix it before.
