@cheaperUtilities BNI tracks business using "Thank you for the business" cards. Data is entered into a central computer system which produces the statistics quoted. It doesn't count spin-off business from BNI referrals so the amount quoted is probably much less than the actual business generated. I've found BNI an excellent source of referrals for my business.
