  • in most gyms you couldn't find to people strong enough to quickly put on a 25kg plate on each side like that, much less find someone who can jerk 190.

  • I'm a bit confused. In this video you punch higher on the hip. In other videos just above the knee. Why the difference?

  • I like the concept. Seems like you could do it the other way around as well. Clean something you could not jerk then have your friends take off some weight and jerk the remaining weight.

    i think your big squat is very big ,more than 240 , you snatch 162 , snatch is related to back squat .

  • this weight increase after the clean is interesting. How does this help you in a different way than jerking 190kg from boxes/rack or cleaning 190kg and then jerking it twice would?

  • @karlbartosii You can do it from racks/blocks it would be about the same. But cleaning 190 would tire you out a lot. I just have fun doing this. I stopped doing jerks from racks. I prefer to do a clean first.
