LOL possibly I'm still really bad at flash. Also I need to get a program to tun flash files into avi's or windows movie files , right now I have to use the stupid hyper cam and re-record the flash files.

You can export as avi from Flash, only-you lose any sound and have to add that in a editing program.

You say "File-->export Movie-->Avi" Choose "Uncompreessed" and "smooth". Really, there's not more to it =)
