Everyone involved did a fabulous job and should be so proud! I hate to see animals in these kinds of living situations. There are so many people who shouldn't have animals :-(
I have a rescued hen from 7 years ago, alive and well...right here beside me. SHE IS the LOVE of MY LIFE! She has no feet. But she has a heart larger than most humans. She's the tamest bird I've ever owned. I love her dearly.
Mickaboo, is known internationally. I'm up here in Canada, and we know all about them. Mickaboo, somehow gives me a little bit of faith in humanity.
Wonderful job well done. I find it disturbing that the owner of the tiels left it till the last hours to seek help tho. No bird or birds should ever be left behind. I hope you quickly find permanent loving homes for these poor, scared darlings, as I know it can be hard work finding adopters for the small birds. So many people only want the bigger, 'grander' birds.
Dont leave the little ones behind people! They have hearts and souls and feelings too!
you know, the housing market doesn't only affect people. sadly, it affects their families too, which includes pets as beautiful as these tiels. i wish you well in placing these birds in loving homes.
This made me cry!!!! I sat watching this with my Cockatiel Bandit on my chest!!! I can not imagine him in the "wild"!! Thank God yu were there for these birds!!!!!
I wish I could adopt one of these birds, but I live in Florida and already have 3 of my own. I wish the best of luck for you finding homes for these birds.
Thank you so much Mickaboo for rescuing these birds. I don't understand how people can treat birds with so little common sense.

Theses cockatiels are quite rare to get hold off and cost quite a bit in stores.

what a great story. My cockatiel loved watching it too. There is a video of him on my channel talking and singing.

Were these birds at all domesticated? I saw on your website that they'd all been adopted.
