Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.
I tried the squat exercise just now and my left hamstring has gone incredibly tight. I wouldn't have thought it would be my legs not being able to cope with the exercise because if anything, my legs are by far the most toned section of my body. I'm a rugby player and have training and matches on a weekly basis, so this is making me wonder whether the exercise is advisory. Having said that, I'm no pro and most people will know far more than me.
