Hence what you are reading is a mis-translation. what is written in Hebrew is "Thous shall not murder". @raindancer966 ....you are correct that in English it says "thou shall not kill" , but the Old Testament was written in Hebrew. Hence what you are reading is a mis-translation. what is written in Hebrew is "Thous shall not murder". You do not even need to speak to a rabbi, just go to the internet and find an English Hebrew transaltion of the Bible and you should see what I am saying is correct. I was in the Israeli army and so was my son and there is no deliberate 100 to 1 kill ratio.
