  • "Users" is a Container, not a Organization Unit. So, it should be "CN=Users".

  • Shouldn't your Administrator DN be set to: CN=svcCAG,OU=Users,DC=xen,DC=l­ocal?

    LDAP path would match in this case. Users its not a CN its an OU...
