lol thought this movie was one of those light innocent funny family movies, i was wrong. It is a very deep and moving flick bout loneliness, family, and remenbering the past and how fast kids grow up. Deniro at his best kinda sad seeing this great actor at this age, been such a fan for a long time, it is even strange seein deniro as a grandfather. Hes still the coolest dude on the planet no doubt
I think the interpretation of this film is such a personnel thing. For me, it was a very beautiful and moving film. It evoked strong emotions to those who wanted to experience the true beauty of the movie, which maybe escapes the critical analytical eye of the toughened critic, which is why maybe take this guys expert opinion with a pinch of salt on this one. I absolutely loved this movie and cried buckets. Some of you, like this critic won't. But Some of you, like me, will - so watch it and see
