  • The main problem I think is the unbalance between what we eat and what we need. For example maybe we use 2000calories in a normal day but we are eating 4000calories, another example is that maybe we need 30mg of certain vitamin and we are not consuming it. At the end its matter of chose the right things to eat. Other useful videos on Medical topics are available at Symposier site, visit it. (physicians only).
