i graduated with a masters, and i've been unemployed for NINE fucking months. i'm sick of doing shitty retail jobs, i want a REAL job. but i keep getting rejections because of lack of experience. how the fuck am i supposed to get experience of companies wont let me. its a vicious circle, and its fucking me up.
I know the feeling, I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry and have had crappy jobs since. I think its not what u know its who u know. Its almost like the people in power want to keep certain masses of people down and never give them an opportunity to do something so there hopes and aspirations shrivel up and die.
I graduated about 10 months ago with a degree in biological sciences and I can't get any job. Not even one selling hot dogs cos the only references I have are from two professors of microbiology.
Nobody will take a graduate on to do a normal job cos they're too highly qualified!

Is there a book connected with this? A college degree isn't an automatic ticket to the good life, but it's still important. Knowing people and making connections is still important. Keeping a good attitude is very important.
