  • This man is such a boss.

  • I've been on a mission to find the truth on diet and nutrition for 4 years (I'm 20 now). I've concluded, the diet Dr. McDougall, presents is not only factual, but logical. This regimen is the only one that gives you the numbers you need to understand basic human nutrition. No other dieter promotes their way in this fashion because they have nothing to stand on. Everyone should inform themselves with this information, even if you're skeptical. You'll learn to ask new questions about every diet.

  • @donkeykong1816 what about iodine?

  • how about 100% raw Doc? 10 bananas gives me all the calories I need right?

  • @Dabeydoo62 Go to 30bananasaday com for info on how to be a fruit eater!

  • @Dabeydoo62 Dr. McDougall doesn't subscribe to that. The staple of the McDougall diet is starches (potatoes, rice, corn, etc...). Fruits are good too but in limited quantities, it is far from the bulk of this diet.

  • @Dabeydoo62 I eat 20-40 bananas a day and I throw in rice and potatoes when I run out of ripe bananas. I average about 3500-4000 calories per day from mostly fruit. I usually eat mono meals (one fruit type per meal). I also try to shoot for at least half a pound of organic tender leafy greens every day. I get lots of sleep and drink a gallon of water per day. It works like a charm!
