  • This might be good for a start, but you're only dealing with a sagittal plane issue. Remember that the Achilles is a triplane musculature structure (based on it's transverse plane attachments at the femur, and it's ability to run past the subtalar joint, which has frontal plane mobility) and should be addressed in all three planes. In fact, most Achilles tendonitis is caused by an overload in the sagittal plane.

  • usually when someone sees this vid they think ah well its boring, but if u got this annoying son of a bitch this vid becomes a lot more interesting lol... i have this in both my achillies, i overstretched, the next day it started... its an anoyying thing to have, i could even help my mom carry her shopping bags because of the weight and pressure... although i did help her, the burning and tingling sensations came after, its like non stop pins and needles and a burning sensation, with stiffness.
