That's not what delayed onset muscle soreness is, dude. When I lift weights, I get a dull fatigue/soreness based on what muscle group I focused on. If you're getting recurring pain in the same spots over and over again after even the slightest of exercise, that's not DOMS. Do you still have that limp? There's a real possibility that you need chiropractic help because misalignment or muscle problems in one part of the body can cause great pain elsewhere
You should see a doctor about it, if you're worried this is worse than DOMS and you're thinking it could be fatal, you should check out all the possibilities.
