you know a game is gonna be awesome when you can't put down the demo. i seriously just now played the modern sonic green hill zone demo for about an hour. yup the same level over and over again, its that friggin addicting. finding new paths is awesome, and sticking with the best path you find to get beat the level as fast as you can is so addicting. they got the controls spot on for modern sonic. they're not loose and unresponsive in the 3D sections like they were in unleashed. they're PERFECT

@radicalcrash dude its not about story its about gameplay. Seriously I could care less about the story I mean if the story was like Sonic Colors I would be satisfied. Keep in mind what happened last time when they got to deep with the story, it had plot holes more than I can defend... and trust me I tried. Plus Sonic has never gotten to deep with the story, all I want is good gameplay with co-op with Tails so I can play a Sonic game with my friend again.

Hidden Palace Zone is too short to make a level, I don't think it is worth it for them to make Hidden Palace Zone...

@GameOfYears Afraid of change? No I'm for it, I want sonic to change. For the better, I honestly haven't had fun playing a sonic game since sonic adventure 2. The modern sonic should have homing, it doesn't work in 2D. This game looks great, I really hope the sonic cycle doesn't apply to this one.

Have you not played Sonic Colours? That was better than Sonic Adventure and SA2 in many peoples opinions.

Why do you want them all from Sonic 1 to SA2? You want a Sonic R level? You want a Sonic: the Fighters level?

The gaming industry (not just the fans, the whole goddamn gaming industry). For some reason, Sonic Team get a lot of flak regardless of what they do. People want to see them do something new, but are simultaneously resistive to any kind of change beyond the classic games.

The Physics of a Sonic Game are truly crucial and make Sonic's games fun. Sonic 1-3 & Knuckles and CD had great physics. Sonic Generations was a lot better than sonic 4, but doesn't compare to the originals. It may have good graphics and it's fast. But speed isn't everything that they should be focusing on..

The game engine isn't too much for the Wii (sonic colors is the proof) simply they're not going to make an alternative version like unleashed one because this time it's 3DS turn.The actual nintendo console doesn't support high definition games and i guess 3DS too and the developers with this title want to give a great feeling to the players playing classic stages in HD.
