After having first watched this video some years ago, I am still amazed by how wonderfully it is made. You show many facets of the immensly complicated Ethiopian identity and history while at the same time staying consise in your message. Collecting the footage must have been a lot of work, and the editing is superb. Only someone who truly knows and loves Ethiopia could have made this video. ok guys does any of you live in Ethiopia? i don't think so! so stop being so judgemental, you should thank God for helping you not to suffer like the ones that live in Ethiopia! and Ekialo what's your problem?? i'm to proud to be Ethiopian, and it's unfair for Teddy been locked up, atleast he makes my people a little bit happy in their mizery, and he makes them believe that they can count on someone! Free Teddy, they need him.

I actually spend over half of every year in Addis so I kinda live there to me it is home and I love it dearly whether I'm sippin coffee at swiss cafe or in yod abyssinia having dinner and enjoying the show and the next morning having breakfast in New York chechebssa I'm sure I spelled it wrong but you get my idea oh amd let's not forget how when soccer is on Addis comes to a hault and we stop and watch the game in meskal square as I said I love Ethiopia and always will JAH Bless

no matter what you cant change D past our people made mitakes that we R still suffering from now, so why not get together now and make history no matter where U R from if U R an african U have african citizenship where ever U R in africa U R home. It is time for africans to be RESPECTED by all no more 3rd world countries we can together shape the world thats what I would like my children to read about in the history books, not how we keep killing each other n disrespecting each other for D west

i wish i was lucky and spend more time in addis or harrar loke you do. i love Ethiopia, and i've missed it so much, last time time i was there it was on 2001. i totally agree with you, africans and especially we Ethiop[ians should be united no matter if you are amara or oromo or tigre, sun will rise again for our lovely Ethiopia, but we have to be united.
