The Xbox 360 version has terrible graphics, plus it's bugged. Oddly, it doesn't look or play as good as the first one. The cars seem to shake like in the first one which is the case with all of EA's racers. And after seeing how bad SSX looks, EA must of ditched quality graphics. Anyone who hasn't played it yet, it looks like an Xbox or GameCube game.

@drifft000 Well you will eventually get the hang of it but without progressive controls like on the x360 controller or steering wheel, it will be rather difficult to drive smoothly.
The spoiler makes the car look like a ricer, dont make it so high or so long just have it set a little on medium and dont have the ends of the spoiler reach out of the body

For reference, a 650bhp V8 Supercar laps it in 2:06 at absolute best in qualifying trim with a perfect lap. I can't think of a 500hp car that can break 350kmh in a matter of seconds, either. The problem here is that the track is crap, not even close to the real circuit.

My point is, in some games 100mph ingame feels like your driving to town with only 20mph in real life..unfortunately this is not the only bad aspect of the game, the car handles like a block of wood

This video is also very old, I bought a 6970 in november and actually just got a 7970 a few days ago. What CPU are you running that will hit 4.3ghz? It looks so much better than an ps3 or xbox360 and yes i had both with a good full HD tv. The hardware in a xbox360 and ps3 is now 7 or 8 years old. A lot has happened in those 8 years with the pc hardware. The reason that people say that a console is better is because it's easier. ps: the only reason i have this video card is because my old 8800GT had compatibility issues with my screen, and this one was cheap enough to justify the upgrade.
i had those issues for 2 years and nvidia only made them worse with every driver release. with this ati card, everything magically worked flawlessly the way i wanted on the first drivers i tried. i don't think ill ever buy a nvidia card again in my life unless ati doesn't have anything remotely comparable.
and that's also one of the reasons i'm not a huge fan of pc gaming anymore. i'm tired of this kind of shit. it's the same thing since my first pc in 1994. theres always one or other issue.

Just last night I was playing GTA IV against a guy who was playing it on a laptop. I also played against a guy on BF3 who was running an 8800GT haha aslong as you chose the appropriate settings for your card and have a good connection, it doesn't matter to much. Detail settings can be an advantage though.
@BIOHAZARD9519 Actually, thanks to all the little console kiddies, the great majority of games are made on console and then ported to PC. Hence why games like GTA IV are so demanding, the coders that ported it were terrible and it is really poorly optimized. Yeah I knew xbox wasn't HD, well not properly. PS3 on the other hand is capable of full 1080p without upscale if it is well optimized and built. Take Gran Turismo 5 for example, that game is full 1080p

This game's bull. The road at the cutting, dipper and forest elbow isn't that wide, and the mountain isnt steep enough. Mount Panorama is more realistic in toca.

@CRuleProductions I don't know, I didn't really play it much. But yeah the amount of input lag really is atrocious. I used a xbox360 controller for windows, also I have a logitech driving force gt racing wheel.
@samstar1412 I don't know about PC - but on the PS3 there was a throttle deadzone/retard percentage, and same for braking. The higher the % - the more lag. As for steering there wasn't anything to change that :(
@MiRzA722722 The gear ratio is in the chassis file which will be *CarName*.cdf, in there scroll down to "[DRIVELINE]" and you will find "FinalDriveSetting" and Gear1,2,3... Settings etc..

@CRuleProductions I don't know, I didn't really play it much. But yeah the amount of input lag really is atrocious. I used a xbox360 controller for windows, also I have a logitech driving force gt racing wheel.

@samstar1412 I don't know about PC - but on the PS3 there was a throttle deadzone/retard percentage, and same for braking. The higher the % - the more lag. As for steering there wasn't anything to change that :(

@MiRzA722722 The gear ratio is in the chassis file which will be *CarName*.cdf, in there scroll down to "[DRIVELINE]" and you will find "FinalDriveSetting" and Gear1,2,3... Settings etc..
