I am currently trying to lose weight and just watched a tv program about how to lose weight.
It said that it's not about cutting down on food because if you skip meals (like you said above) then you will eat more (snacking) later and also your body will think your starving and slow down your matabalisum. So apartently you should make sure your eating under 2000 cal a day... probaly around 1500 to make sure you lose weight, but also make sure its healthy foods xx
u dont need 2 lose weight ur bodys perfect what u should be doing is eating healthy not starving urself u should hav a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner everyday & maybe a snack if u want u should hav more water but i get why u wouldnt cuz i dont like water either i used to almost never drink water when i was little but i got dizzy bcuz i was so dehydrated...and 4 breakfast try having healthy things on a site I found it said that a healthy breakfast choice usually leads 2 healthy choiches l8r 2
You don't need to lose any weight, I can give you toning tips though, like NatureAngel1 said, running & sit-ups are good.^^ Have you tried yoga? Yoga's good for everything! ^^
but if u still want to know how to loose weight & have a better figure then
i suggest to always exercise & eat healthy (so don't eat too much sweets & drink water please ^^;)
the way i usually loose weight or still have a good figure is that i run a lot & do sit ups ~ because of that i kinda have 11 abs (not literally 11 abs but the lines that look like ones on ur stomach, sorry it's hard to explain ==;) anyways i hope i helped :)
First of all, stop eating sweets all the time. Overeating at ANY time of the day will cause you to either gain weight or not lose any at all. Eat a few bites of something healthy a few times a day, drink a lot of water (Put flavor in it if you don't like regular water), and work out often. You only lose weight by working off more calories than you put in your body. Also never eat past 9PM. I don't eat past 6PM. It's false to think your body stores fat when starved. Doctors ay that so you'll eat
I have to say that I think your body looks good! You don't have to lose any weight, but maybe you can do situps/crunches and that kind of things? It will help to shape up the body ^^
