In fact, in the new Natural Gas Drilling (marcellus Shale) areas like Pennsylvania, the newly elected Republican(corporate-backed) governor has declared he will not even TAX these Corporations to help fix the roads they will destroy. We are in AGE of Corporate Rule, don't you see? less People rights.

There is another is another wrinkle in this - since the demand for growth in economies around the world is exponential - so is the demand for energy; this means there must be an exponential demand for our dollar. Once those nations are forced to accumulate and hold our dollars, then we can force them to pay tribute via inflation -- very crafty, but it will collapse in utter destruction, though it may take a while for it to happen.
