@friendoffta Good luck, but seriously study not just the Afghanistan and Iraq war, but especially the Vietnam one. Look up Daniel Ellsburg, and a movie called The most dangerous man in America, know the truth. Please watch the movie. Ellsburg is very credible. Vietnam was entirely based on lies. I could go on and on about the wars because I wanted to join and fight them until I did real research. Don't believe the media..
Some years ago I watched a North Vietnamese TV war movie from 1968. I was interested in it, cause I growed up in Europe in the 60ies and remember to our Vietnam pictures on TV every evening. But the Vietcong propaganda on TV was extreme. It is true, both sides tortured their war prisoners. The CIA gave the order, how to torture the arrested Vietcongs. Vietnam vets told me, US prisoners got tortured or even killed in the "Hanoi Hilton" the worst jail in N-Vietnam.
@Ixtulu If Vietnamese in the war time saw photo S.Vietnam general Loan shot to the head of their captured comrade Lem ,many American pilots will not alive to s fabricate, how they were tortured in Hanoi-Hinton.
Interesting when only the prisoners as pictured by the 'free media' are shown while there is no or little video from the other side as to how they treated their prisoners. Most reports from the time say US or South Vietnamese prisoners were treated much, much worse and often killed.
But I guess that is not important since there is no 'film' of it.
If America had not been involved in the war, South Vietnam would have fallen into communism in 1954 & more Vietnamese would have been murdered in cultural revolutions like those launched by Mao in China (20 million deaths) & Khmer Rouge in Cambodia (2 millions)
Total Vietnamese democide by communists:1,040,000 (1975-87) by HCR
@TOMP66666 Those are all lies. I thought the war started because of the Tonkin bay incident? Oh yea, that never happened. Keep telling yourself it was to stop communism, just like this war is to stop terrorism. It's all bullshit.
i guess i count as a half broken figure im in the army but i will NEVER be the same when i get back home when i leave in june
