Correct wording they aren't 'real teams' they are traditional clubs with traditional values who play the game for fun and enjoyment and spare time off other then their job at the post office or brick layer or cop or whatever. They get paid probably 300-700 a game if they are lucky not sure though and the only people in the crowd are family/friends or people from nearby streets. These people are what make football and are what football is all about and what it was at the beginning.
