After a few, I realized this is the first set of forms I started learning with. Very invigorating, incorporating alot of balance training without being too difficult. Easy moves for the beginner, easy to remember, a good way to start the day.
Best yoga lessons available, DVD's for holiday gifts would be great.
Yoga is the best thing that i ever experienced in my life. For me it is the best form of exercise.Physically and spiritually.
