Actually, isn't the issue more of a problem for women? If they get older, they keep getting told they don't have much of a chance to be married and have children (after about 40 years old).

Guys can hope to fetch women when they're older and still have a chance to have children naturally or with less issues.

If you can't attract women when you're young, then you can hope with wisdom your chances improve. Otherwise, you either aren't that great (...), or have terrible luck with women.
