@deadpeanuts Uhh, if you read the requirements of the game you will find out. For it to run you need at least a dual core processor. I run an AMD Athlon II X3 @ 2.7Ghz with a Nvida Geforce GTS 450, my Pc wasn't that expensive and runs Gta quite well :)

how do you mod gta 4 to get these cars

PC only. Download a mod and Spark IV. Open vehicles.img using Spark IV and replace the original files with the new ones (Don't forget to make backups). Then replace anything like Handling and stuff using notepad, replace it as given in the Readme file which every mod has. (mostly).

Or for short, Get Spark IV and a mod and follow instructions given in Readme file.
