If you watch the media, you can see and hear a lot about new aircraft acquistion, new inflight communication, entertainment, food , from several Airlines. @tarashel actually most airlines hire experienced pilots. Experience you cant really find in 3rd world countries. Most of the best pilots are spoken for and the numbers rising in the ranks are thinned out by competition. 3rd world countries then look to russia etc for pilots because seriously, back home in India there simply arent any good pilots and the few there would rather use their credentials to ply them in the West anyway.

The registration id of crashed flight is VT-AXV. The id shown in the video is VT-AXW. VT-AXW is not yet crashed still on the service.
