I have only found Heavy Whipping Cream in the local store which I understand is Heavy Cream with a few chemicals added to make it whip easier. I whipped it thick but not stiff and it worked beautifully. I did the same order (brown sugar, whiskey, coffee) the second time which seemed to work better.
