If you think about it, when Microsoft had Rare remake this, the only thing that changed were the graphics, Nintendo was fine with all the cussing and stuff, and bleeped out only the really bad stuff, but Microsoft, which on both of their systems had more M rated games than any Nintendo system, had taken out almost all of the adult stuff in this game.

Everyone has a style of game they like. Microsoft did buy the rights to this game and they remade it for the xbox 360. Banjo-Kazooie was a great game, for sure, but I think this was a fun venture. I personally enjoy the humor of it. There is no reason that is game should be illegal though. But, to each his own.
