this was a 1948 hit, SLOW BOAT TOP CHINA, that year I finished high school n Brooklyn , and my family moved to Hong Kong, sailing on a new ocean liner from Frisco, with stops in Hawaii, Yokohama/Tokoyo,and Shanghai, and finally after a long and slow 18 days ,arrived in Hong Kong. THIS WAS MY /SLOW BOAT TO CHINA/
