    日本の宣伝は非常にばかげている...

  • I wonder what other features this game has besides learning how to write characters. Does it have a character lookup dictionary? Visual character recall quizzes?

I might be old fashioned but ... I still think the most useful way to memorise a character is by writing it over and over, and over and over again on a piece of paper.

  • Hey,.. that was the Polysics "I My Me My" bodypop in that comercial.. cool..... :D

  • Strong Machine 2 Strikes again.

  • Strong Machine 2! It's cool how some of us are actually looking at Strong Machine 2 and others are looking at the software :)

  • ストロングマシン2号 最高!

  • I have it!! It's pretty helpful, it teaches you the stroke order of kanji. But if you're just starting out it would be hard because, obviously, it's for Japanese children. You should have a little bit of vocabulary and basic grammar under your belt before you buy it.

  • HEHE

chinese won't be need'n that at all.

  • Not necessarily. Many of the kanji are written slightly differently than their Chinese counterparts, or are simplified in some ways.

  • I WANT ONE~! 8D

  • nice looks good for practing kanji hmm

  • you should check out my page. I give out a review of it

  • Ka-Ki-To-Ri-Ko-N ?

  • Ku*

  • ka-ki-to-ri-ku-n?? means..??

  • My best guess:

kakitori = writing down from other written material; writing kanji text from hiragana

Kun = term of endearment, friendship (common among guys)

  • thanks a lot! ^^

where can i buy it here in europe...?

  • There's also a bit of a pun in the title because "tori" means "bird" and that's what the character in the game is.

  • hahaha i love the dance xD

  • HOLY CRAP I WANT THAT GAME. O-O

  • that dance looks familiar. lol

  • and I thought I was the only one that danced like that when I play with my ds. lol

  • i wanna learn this way it be so much fun esp. with sm2

  • too bad something like this would never make it in the US. Can you imaging, as a game programmer, trying to convince your bosses you wanted to code a game that made kids smarter? *FIRED*

  • Ever heard of Brain Age..for DS?

    ROCK ON SM2

  • Yes, but it's targeted at older adults for sharpening memory. np though hehe

  • That's actually a really good idea! Where was this kind of game when I first started learning?

  • but what it is it?

  • its a game to help younger kids memorize kanji

since in japan they dont have a dominate "alphabet" system but a character system

  • Eh..Hiragana is the "dominate alphabet system "
