yeah its a WOOD that kids over there can't afford to have a FIBER board...I my self used to visit and borrowed one and wtf its fuckin heavy..imagine how this kids surf the wave with those kind of boards, Filipinos had great talent...AMAZING..BRAVO keep it up guys

who cares what the boards are made out of these kids rip.. the zap is the only fiberglass board period! the rest are the same as the wooden ones we get in the USA which makes them better because if you can rip like tht on a wooden board imagine what u can do with a fiberglass board these kids love skimmin and they sick bottom line i skim with pros and these kids could hang in there. also the wind has nothing to do with type of board you can use fiberglass boards there

all boards in the philippines are wood coated with either epoxy or fiber. its not advisable to use foam here coz the waves are wind-driven which causes the lighter foam boards to flip or get blowned away...
