  • What we have here is a clear example of people that do not understand either Yeshua or pagan belief systems and are more interested in self gratification than seeking truth. There is so much more evidence than what has been presented here. I have heard your arguments and listened intently as the subject matter is of paramount importance and it is rather laughable what has been put forth.

  • Ahahahaha! Clownshoes' "hiveminds" website is such a fake! Last ditch effort to lie! Damn, I'm laughing so hard at how he pretends he predicted the outcome of his "experiment" when he just wrote the website a few days ago only, max! And it's so badly written and unprofessional! Hilarious! XD

FishHeadSalad, please update your original video with this new stuff, or make a second one! This is too awesome! It must not be lost!

  • @Wotanraven Hey Wotanraven, Please PM me a link to this new site! ; )

  • There is not one undisputed contemporary Pagan source mentioning any of the supposed miracles surrounding the crucifiction. And the Romans were almost obsessive/compulsive in writing down all kinds of trivial events in their annals. If the Gospel-version of crucifixtion and ressurection really happened, It's hard to imagine them completely missing the greatest sensation of their age.

  • Falviam is of Josephus. The part about Jesus is pure interpolation written in the style of Pope Eusebius.

  • just check out hivemindsDOTwebsDOTcom. i really dont have anythign else to say, as my project is completed and so i bid you farewell ;)

  • @guineapiggyman You really are too much Clown Shoes! Do you remember pulling that excuse before? I do! Now, there are over 9 THOUSAND people who are on to you! Live your fantasy lives and degrees and accolades. But don't expect the rest of us to believe you! We all saw your last conversation with Christopholaes! And somehow, you do not see the clown shoes that you are! You are amazing! I will give you that. But not in the way you think.

  • @FishHeadSalad didnt see my website? not my fault, hivemindsdotwebsdotcom

  • @FishHeadSalad not sure what thrid harmony is tho. i did check it out.

  • @guineapiggyman Hey, I have better idea. Howza 'bout we just look at all the things you actual wrote in comment areas on you tube and the internet in general.

"project"!? And you wonder why every body calls you "clown shoes"! You are the only one who does not get it! This one is screen saved. What are you going to do next week..you know...after your "project"...when you are leaving the same kind of comments?

  • @FishHeadSalad lol, thats the thing, im done. this was a project, and its over. goodbye! (ps, i will still use this channel to download videos for myself, but no more comments) tootles!

  • @guineapiggyman Yeah..."project"!! Riiiight!!! You go girl! Obviously you have a short memory. Luckily, I do not! I told you over 6 months ago..if you choose to be an asshole, and a liar, and try to be condescending to others on YT as you perch on a soup box built upon false academia and lies ...I will be here! Now, because of you, over 9000 YT'ers know of you idiocy! Every time I catch you lying, that video you flagged becomes two! You lie again, it becomes four. etc.

  • @guineapiggyman Tsk-tsk...but those are the risks, aye? So often, these poorly planned, ill concieved, contrived using volatile elements, ultimately doomed to fail "projects" and "experiments" EXPLODE!

    Right into your face!

As 9,000 or so onlookers mock your unsubstantiated claims-and your substantial probiscus. We all looked into your ethmoid sinuses!

    *sniff-sniff*

Do I smell smoldering clown shoes?

  • @KCKatheist Apparently, he has a new website which tries to explain his lies. And here is the kicker! I hope this does not shock you, but I heard it before!! His excuse for his lies is that it was all just a big "experiment"!...And let me guess. It is an experiment based on a science that he got..yet..another degree in! He has been outed, and now he is acting like a drowning cat trying to grab on to anything that may save him, no matter how stupid! Why do I not like this guy?

  • @FishHeadSalad What is there to like?

  • @FishHeadSalad And you know what's funny? His "website" is antidated to pretend he started it in 2011, and the result section is supposedly only accessible for members. I created a membership with one of my spam accounts; guess what? Still unauthorized access. There's no results' section. Obviously. I wasn't expecting a 150-page long thesis, mind you. It's so obviously a forgery and a reaction to your video that it's pathetic. He just won't give up...!

  • @guineapiggyman The world hates liars and you are one.

Fish just called you out with hardly any effort, pathological liars always slip up like you did.

Must suck to be you right now.

BTW, if your character is any indication of what kind of musician you are......You must a cold, lifeless, no feeling playin' sterile self absorbed no talent bore.

    .

Maybe you found your niche' with the gerbils.

  • @guineapiggyman You say "tootles", I say "until next time I find you lying , being obnoxious, and trolling". Gee whiz, it hasn't even been 2 hours and your infamy has now gone up to almost 10,000 people who know about you and your lies! You are a star now! Just like Bernie Madoff! You even have a well known you tube name now. Need I tell you what it is? If so, I won't. Just look at your Hogwarts "project" notes. It should be in there.

  • @guineapiggyman:

Bwahahaha, your little "project" doesn't even show up in google search yet. That means you created it only a couple of hours, 1-2 days tops ago while the text wants us to believe this was created many months ago when you started trolling excessively. XD You don't know enough about the internet to fool anyone.

Man, you really are desperate, aren't you?

  • i swear jesus was acutally real i dont beliueve much in religion but i thought there was guess not lol

  • 1. Ptolemy (Meryamun Setepenre) 1st (367-283 B.C.E), first European Pharaoh of Egypt

    2. Egyptian Priests deify Ptolemy 1st as Serapis Christus

    3. Worship of Serapis Christus comes into being around 135 B.C.E

    4. Arius introduces notion that Jesus was 'Made' not 'Begotten', as Christians believed

    5. Emperor Constantine convenes Nicene council (325 A.D.) to draft Creed so as to discredit Arius and rubber stamp Serapis Christus as Jesus Christ

    6. Constantine orders all writings by Arius be burned

  • If you search history looking for anybody named "jesus", you won't find it. The Messiah's name is Yeshua. "jesus" is a false made up name. Try a search with Yeshua.

  • its flAvius, not flahvius. dumby. you knwo that makes you sound less educated, right? and we dont need people like u making the rest of us look bad (atheists AND humans alike...)

  • @guineapiggyman You mean like lying about having 15 degrees? Such as you have done?

Whilst actually having no education, or mastery of the english language (your spelling is atrocious I would not criticise others about anything linguistic, if I were you).

Not to mention from what can be read between the lines of all your lies are working in a pet store raising guinea pigs?? What a great scholarly mind you would be, brush up on your Kant inbetween their squeaks and grunts do you!? Pathetic mate..

  • @Christopholaes when did i ever say i had any degrees, nevermind a bunch? show me where i ever said that (you cant, cuz its false...). and spelling? really? u do realize its called internet shorthand, right? (i just used it there!) everyone uses it. and i never say anything bout other ppls spellng. (and there again). no pet store, actually unemployed at the moment (i dont live near much opportunity, so thanks fr pointin that out, dick) just thought itd be a funny name so, sue me

  • @guineapiggyman Whatever dude, you been exposed go watch Fishheadsalad's vid. You've said it so many times it takes 3 mins of video footage to show just some of your claims to higher education.

Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie all you like....it doesn't change the facts buddy when will you get that?

"its flAvius, not flahvius. dumby. you knwo that makes you sound less educated, right?"

this comment of yours is literally above mine, how can you lie so badly?

Spelling 'knwo' also makes you look stupid...

  • @Christopholaes there is no vid of me on fishheadsalads site., there never has been, and i just checked again to make sure. theres not ONE. if there is, give the URL! give it to me! i dare you! dumbass. and btwe, you just criticized me for grammer, and then you just spelled 'know' knwo. sooooo yeeeahhhhh....

  • @guineapiggyman That 'knwo' was from your comment heheheheheeh, god you really are stupid!! From the comment I just quoted, can you even read?

Oh, I know HIS site may not have it up...

That's because it's been flagged, I wonder who could have done that mate!?

Jesus your a piece of work.

    Here's a mirror though watch?v=qXreHxHMyOM&feature=g-u-u&context=G2384266FUAAAAAAAMAA

  • @guineapiggyman That's because you false flagged fishheadsalad's video. Try typing your screen name into the YouTube search and find dozens of mirrors of fishheadsalads video. Congratulations your stupidity has made you a YouTube phenomenon.

  • Comment removed

  • @ATCFDrummer i never flagged anyones videos. i have better things to do. this was all an experiment

  • @guineapiggyman Hey 'Clown-Shoes' how's all those PhD's .. Where you're from a PhD is a Pentecostal Hair -Do .

I told you that you were full of shit, and you didn't believe me.

7 animals is what Noah brought on board??

Come back to the Moon hoax fray, we all want to make fun of you, you condescending conceited little know-nothing jerk.

  • @guineapiggyman Oh really, and just when do you plan to publish the results of this experiment?

  • @guineapiggyman Hey, Clown Shoes, do you want to back up that last comment with me? Have you even taken the time to look a the comments on your own channel?

You can lie about flagging me all you want to. Have fun! ; ) You are now at about 9000.

  • @FishHeadSalad there are not 9000 thousand anything on my channel, sorry, hun

  • @guineapiggyman:

He means the dozens of mirrors of the video exposing you as the pathological liar you are have over 9000 views by now. XD

Again, you should seek help to get that condition of yours treated. If you would make videos about your music and piggys people might actually respect you. On the other hand, you messed it up so badly it will take years till you lived that one off...

  • @MsHyde1 lol. youre so into reading my messages, then im surprised you didnt read the one (or see the entire FUCKING WEBSITE) dedicated to my psychology project, did you?? the thing is, i pretty much knew it was gonna blow up, but i never thought it would be so quick. and you all proved my theroy of a hive mind being STILL the outstanding force in the supposedly 'intelligent', free thinking internet community.

  • @guineapiggyman:

HAHAHAHAHA, this is priceless! Please do go on. This comment i.e. new pinacle of your insanity/desperate attempt to weasle yourself out of the mess you created might actually look good as an addition to the descriptions of the 50+ mirrors of the video that exposes your lies. XD

  • @guineapiggyman How about a link to that web site? Replying that UTube doesn't allow direct links doesn't count. It's easy enough to get around that and there are always PMs.

  • @ATCFDrummer no problem here. hivemindsDOTwebsDOTcom is that good enough? or should i come over to ur house and type it in for you.??

  • @ATCFDrummer Here is 1 of his web sites based on public information.

    thirdharmony(dot)webs(dot)com

4 more info, I have screen saved where he actually says that that is one of his web sites. You can contact me for details especially if you need them for legal actions. Please do so via PM

He always claims that his name is "Rick" or "Rick Jones"

Tell me what you find! Here is a link that ties everything together:

    jetlagandgaming(dot)com/forum/viewtopic(dot)php?f=34&t=57&p=130#p130

  • @FishHeadSalad No, I don't have legal reasons to do this. I just don't appreciate what people like clown shoes do to you or anybody else. You did catch that hive minds link (did he make that site today?), I guess he can add another PhD (piled higher and deeper) to his resume. Watch yourself, don't forget that he was "ordained" a lawyer. ;P Thanks for the other links, I'll check them out tomorrow. I'm done with this twit for today.

  • @guineapiggyman Clown Shoes..you do know...let me rephrase that...you do not know...that ...comments that you leave here in a "public" forum...I document for legal reasons. You just keep using the same ole lie after the same ole lie. That's bottom line...like it or not. You never had a "theory"! You are just an ignorant troll! You are the only one living in your empty hive. Ethan...you need to just quit lying and trolling.

I do not understand why you just cannot be you?!

  • @FishHeadSalad read below

  • @guineapiggyman Are you really that stupid! You never answered my question about your channel comments. 9,000 on your channel? LOL god you are oblivious! You are so far out of the loop! You seem to think that you can treat YT commenters like shit when you want! Are you serious? Your exposure is out there. It seems that you are the only one not to see it! As a friend, I will only say...look at your channel comments!

    That is just a start!

  • @Christopholaes and so what if i use a combination of internet shorthand, and im not a great typer? so? should i be gassed for that?

  • @guineapiggyman It makes you appear to have somewhat fewer than a dozen PhDs.

  • @guineapiggyman PS- it's not the name that made me think you work in a pet store, it's your own claims made previously elsewhere. Jeez, your a piece of work aren't ya! Lie, lie, lie, lie you can't stop? SO how old are you again 37, 34, or twenty five like your music web site claims which is it buddy?

I can't believe you thought no one would notice the 'similarity' in the photographs!?

    Seriously buddy get HELP!

  • @Christopholaes well, actually it was. thats a random thing to say, unless you see the screenname first, lol. why didnt you ask if i worked at a kmart? or gas station? dumbass. omg my fucking god. WHAT MUSIC WEBSITE? you mean my myspace page? i hardly classify naming a couple bands i listen to on a community website as a music site, do you?

  • "Beware of the sound of the one arm clapping" - the saying goes. This means when there is argument on the one side of debate, there is bound to an argument on the other side of debate, so lets see what do Christian apologists themselves have to say to arguments in this video.

  • If Jesus didn't existed then how come all historians including secular historians accept the existence of Jesus. We do not have have the archeological evidence, but we do have literary evidence: the Gospels. Also to say that gospels are not reliable because of the supposed "bias" is argumentum ad hominem because it ignores the evidence for the existence of jesus in the gospels themselves.

  • @MrPsychedelia101 The Gospels were written in an allegory style decades after Jesus' death. All the Gospels rely upon Mark with various alterations. The Gospels are not considered a factual resource by Biblical scholars.

    Google rationalrevolution jesus myth

  • @greenarcher180 That's a huge article, while I read it, you can visit official website of Tekton Education and Apologetics Ministry and click letter G in their apologetic encyclopedia and it will open a page where you will find a series of articles defending gospels.

  • @MrPsychedelia101 they dont, tho. actually, most dont. they treat it as a myth, just like thor and osiris. and the few who believe in him jsut believe that he was a real guy. but not that he had any divine connections. all the divine stuff wasnt linked to him and written down till almost 200 yrs later! which is very odd, when you think about it

  • Cornelius Tacitus and Lucian of Samosata record the execution of a Jesus Chreste. :-P Just thought I'd point that out.

  • @cvrlcolin5 That's him by the way. He was also a large political figure and was executed for starting Christianity in Judea... It's just the miracles and such were invented...

  • @cvrlcolin5 yeah, but if you do a little further research, those 'accounts' werent written down til way later. and many think they were put in the old records of many people and dignitaries later, by christian apocryphal groups (like the rosicrucians)

  • Is this zeitgeist shit's fifteen minutes not over yet?....ah...the last few seconds I see. Finally!

  • The LORD is a man of war. Exodus 15:3

Fight in the way of Allah. Quran 2:244

why is the world so fucked up u ask ? why dont u READ that shitty book u like to wave in people's faces it will tell u according to those books this is how the world is supposed to be. i hope when i die i get sent to a religion-free world, now that is ''paradise''

  • Religion=superstition. There's a reason religion is outside the scope of science. It's because it's b-ll sh-t.

  • Readers may be interested to know that Mohammed is in the same boat. There is no contemporary evidence for him either. He appears to have been inserted into history deus ex machina as well, in his case, at least 70 or 80 years after his supposed death, possibly to validate a new caliphate.

  • This vid is total bs full of outright lies! True history & archaeology is totally twisted & blocked here. There's over 50 non-Biblical accounts of Jesus including by His enemies, w/most being on this vids list of Romans. If Nero killed a huge MULTITUDE of Xtians for the Great Fire in 64AD, where did all these Xtians come from ONLY 30 yrs. after Jesus? Also, Sir William Ramsay EX-atheist archaeologist(not the chemist), proved Luke/Book of Acts correct to every detail. Beware of conspiracy-lovers!

  • @GoodyBob Whatever you want to believe Bob.

  • @GoodyBob There are 0, no, nada, nil, zip, zilcho non-Biblical accounts of Jesus within a century of his supposed death. There were no Christians in the first century for Nero to persecute. (Where are any of their tombs? Any? This is no evidence of the existence of Christians in the first century). You are making a reference to an entry in Tacitus which is a Christian forgery. Josephus and Suetonius are also forgeries. Pliny the Younger is a forgery. All Christian apologists have are lies.

  • @HappyShark12 You are so TOTALLY unresearched & then BLOCK & TWIST all you did research, it's pathetice dude. Wow, so blind! See any REAL scholar...even the athiest scholars will be sick at those leaps of lies. Really.

  • @HappyShark12 PS. Tombs? Ha Nero burned the bodies in a heap so big you could see the flames & glow far away. They took joy in the glow. That just from Tacitus. Put down yer Ehrman, Flavian, Horus & other wrong books, then use deductive reasoning. Please see also, Sir William Ramsay famous archaeologist(not the chemist1), He tried to prove Luke /Book of Acts wrong...later said Luke right to the smallest detail. He was an atheist before this & tried to prove the Bible wrong = became a Xtian. BYE!

  • I thought this was a video proving that Jesus never existed? 3 things that most historians, grecko-roman scholars will agree on is that the references about jesus being a martyr, wonder worker and teacher are from the pen of josephus ... Yes the rest is under debate. but the video tries to disproof the existence of jesus, it does a very bad job. To me it comes off sounding pretty biased and seems to have an agenda. Why discredit what was noteworthy of josephus's writings on the existence.

  • @mgm2100 And the Lord rose from the grave on the 3rd day and said: "BRAAAAAAINS!"

  • This is BS.

  • it's great to be fathlesss

  • JESUS IS LORD.

  • @Pilgrim1411 Lord of The Flies?

  • I was attending a church one Sunday morning, a church that in fact would subliminally teach money was more important the the teachings of the bible, and it was on this day in which i found myself at a crossroads between belief and the disbelief of God and the existence of Jesus. I prayed, "God, i beg you, please show me you are real. I will never doubt you again if you prove it to me." Not a minute passed in which I believe God was telling me to turn towards my right and there was Jesus's spirit

  • @mrhectorovalle : that`s a similar story to mine; just don`t believe these demonic atheists - they are doomed.

BTW: I just read the Book of Enoch (online, just GOOGLE it). Pretty amazing. All those non-believers will spend eternity in fire & brimstone. TODAY is the day of Salvation. GOD bless you Hector.

ps; Pls keep away from prosperity gospel...try to find a Jewish Messianic Synagogue in your area.

  • There is evidence that Buddha never existed, but was a compilation of different dynamic people. That isn't important to the message behind the myth, Jesus should be regarded in the same way. Peace, Love, and charity will be its own reward when we die and become one with the universe, nothing else needs be said.

  • @zenman5910. and your alledged evidence that Buddha never existed comes from where??

  • yes jesus loves me (sarcastic) and his father gave me eyes to see(sarcastic) and ears to hear(sarcastic), well, thank god because of his supposedly gifts given to me(sarcastic), I have been guided to these videos(sarcastic) and must admit, I LOVE THEM !!! GREAT WORK !!! ( NOT SARCASTIC )

  • You know,it's not even important if this entire thing is true or not-since YOU DO NOT LIVE IN THOSE DAYS,So...if it was real or not, does not matter,it was only relevant for the people living at the time of Jesus-future generations just took the entire thing, and twisted it to their own gain and ideology...so,you can't count on anyone.

Hey,Jesus might has well be a mad man who harassed Harlots, and screamed at people, yet after peeing on a Roman-Official,and executed-he became a symbol of Revolt!!!

  • How can people be so blind and stupid.. there are thousands of videos similar to this, clear as daylight with logical, reasonable explanations, but millions of people cover their ears and continue to believe in their little god with no shred of evidence..

  • @mimikawaii7386 the historical existence of Jesus has already been proven. such are the accounts of; Cornelius Tacitus, Flavius Josephus, Lucian, Plinius Secundus (Pliny the Younger), Gaius Suetonius Tranquillas, the Gnostic scriptures, the Talmud, the grave of James the Just, and the existence of the boat of Sermon.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 the very fact that John the Baptist, Pontious Pilate, and Simon Magus were actual people, in real history, is already proof enough. take into account that King Midas was also real.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - Yes, great list of names. Clearly you've never read them, though. Pliny & Suetonius wrote of "Christians" (anointed ones) but never of Jesus. Most of the rest of those sources are forged. None are contemporary. The Talmud was written 300-600 years after Jesus and claims he was the bastard child of a Roman soldier.

  • @geneolune fwi, Jesus had a family, why did you choose these as examples, and not the more solid ones? know anything about James the Just?

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - Thanks for your note. I didn't want to waste much time on this here. You have "more solid ones"? I'd be interested in those too.

  • Comment removed

  • @geneolune you didn't answer the question -.-

what do you make of James the Just?

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - He's claimed by Eusebius as brother of Jesus (most Christian authrorities claim Jesus was an only child; e.g. the various Catholic Encyclopedias). And Eusebius was an extremely dishonest writer.

So, we MAY have an ossuary of "James, son of Joseph, brother of Jesus." But... Jesus wasn't son of Joseph. Why not his REAL parentage, MARY?

Moroever, those were very common names; and they didn't engrave ossuaries with "brother of..."

So, there are many reasons to dismiss it.

  • @geneolune have you read Robert Eisenman's book about it? there are other letters of Jesus' brothers as well, have you heard of the book of James (Epistle of James)?

there is also this documentary called "The Lost Tomb of Jesus", you might want to watch

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - So, let me ask you, do you think Jesus performed miracles? That is, do you believe in Jesus of the Bible, or just that a man named Jesus sone of Joseph and Mary propably existed in the 1st century?

I think it's probable he existed. The amazing lack of extra-biblical and physical evidence certainly shoots down the "son of god" stuff. Not to mention all the errors (incorrect geographical references, and others) along with contradictions in the NT. And Occam.

  • @geneolune Yes, I believe in the miracles and power of Jesus.

i don't really care for much about those contradictions, because they were literally written by different authors with different views, experiences, age, etc on paper by pen.

the person in Christ, the moral actions and guidelines, and the actual experiences and reflections are more important to me than just the written (and possibly partially forged) scriptures themselves

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 they're more like personal variations to me, and not entirely absolute, it's possible that there was room for improvement and added recent informatons (kind of like how the earth was discovered to orbit the sun, than the other way around) so they had to vary from the previous texts

Divine inspiration may not be an absolute perfection of writing, but perhaps more like an inspiration from divinity

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - Okay, you believe in the power of Jesus. Please, don't keep slaves, don't whip them, don't kill witches, don't hate your family (was Jesus serious in Luke 14:26 about the "hate"?).

Did Saint Paul give sound advice in lumping "witchcraft" with murder? Do you believe in "witches" like he did?

  • @geneolune which Bible version/translation are you reading? because i read the KJV and it varies from what you wrote there

if it's the NIV (New International Version) than, i'm afraid i don't fully trust that version/translation

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - thanks for your question. Regarding which quote that I gave, please? (I almost always use KJV, and occasionally DRC in my quotes.)

  • @geneolune well, i believe that is for the reader to interpret as he/she understands.

i believe he was very serious about that, but you also have to remember the teachings of forgiveness and reconciliation.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 - thank your for this much: "(and possibly partially forged) scriptures".

  • @mimikawaii7386 no shred of evidence? if you think of yourself as an open-minded person and qualified to make such criticisms because you're not the same as those you criticize for, then you should study more about Alister McGrath, Wiliam Lane Craig, Mark Eastman, Francis Collins, Antony Flew, Gregor Mendel, Johannes Kelper, Rene Descartes, Michael Faraday, Nicholas Copernicus, Galileo Galilee, Isaac Newton, and Albert Einstein.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2 that's right, Galileo Galilee and Isaac Newton were both Christians, and Albert Einstein was a Jewish, Agnostic-Deist.

  • so what, are you tyring to say jesus didnt exist. it seems that you have forgoten the gospels which are very credible in history

  • @joshjeggs your a fuckin moron

  • @jlltruthseeker jesus loves you

  • @jlltruthseeker Santa loves you

  • In Josephus's time the word Christ and Christian was not known, followers of Jesus were called Galileans.

The word Christ came from the Greeks who were Christianized 200 years after Josephus.

  • @Evolvedprimate Josephus was also greek, and i thought he focused more on John the Baptist, not Jesus. more importantly that's misinformation, Galileans were members of a fanatical sect (zealot) who were followers of Judas of Galilee. Galileans and Christians were not one and the same.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2

OK, for Josephus and the world John was more important, is that because there was no Jesus?

Galileans!! what did emperor Julian (the apostate) said before he died (+364) from the spear of the christian solder Calistos, Γαλιλαίε ....???? you tell me the rest.

BTW, their symbol (s) were the spear, the eagle, the plow, the fish, the sickle, and the sword that was converted to the cross you carry around your neck today, place the sword vertical and see the similarities.

  • @Evolvedprimate if you're simply missing a not at this first sentence, then my reply would be that i disagree, historians admit that the baptism of Jesus by John is one of the crucial things that they can actually know FOR SURE!

as for this, i don't know why he always referred to Christians as Galileans, but he was the last pagan augustus of Rome, was a philosopher, and he opposed formal Christianity, it doesn't change the fact that Galileans were followers of Judas of Galilee.

  • @Evolvedprimate your point about the symbol(s), lead me to a source please.

  • @KatanaRapierCombo2

It would be easier for you to Google early regional symbols of Christianity than would be for me to remember what books I read the last 50 years.

The sword ( Ξίφος) transformed to cross comes from Constantine's (Εν τούτο νίκα) By this you win, you win by the sword, Christianity was not created yet and Christians wouldn't dare introduce Christianity to an emperor who would himself be god as it was the Roman tradition so in the sky he saw a sword not a cross.

  • Typical, christians always have, and always will outright lie to defend their faith.

  • why didn't JC, ever write anything or sign anything during his lifetime...most people with a LOT to say generally scribble down some thoughts?? strange that?

  • Comment removed

  • Jesus freaks they're friendly but the shit they believe has got their minds all shut and they don't even care when the church takes it cut ain't it sad when your belief adds up to nothing .So eat your pork eat your ham Laugh till ya choke on Billy Graham,Solomon,Brown Mosses & Abraham it's all a waste of time and it's your A thats on line. do what ya want .do what ya will ,just don't F-up your neighbors thrill. And when ya pay the bill leave a lil tip help the next poor sucker on dis 1 way trip

  • Call me crazy JezusRa but if Jesus existed he would be an alien from another planet. He would reject Christianity.

  • @halolIlmao0 your insanity and stupidity is astonishing

  • "And we are witnesses of all the things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree". Acts 10 39

  • If Jesus didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down Christianity before it spread? Wouldn't the government have given solid proof against Him, rather than seeking to exterminate the Christians? Perhaps there are very few non-Biblical sources about Jesus because the manuscripts of the New Testament have been far better preserved than all other ancient documents (including those of Aristotle, Plato, Sophocoles etc.). Anyway, just some thoughts...

  • @SapphirePanorama - "If Jesus didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down Christianity before it spread?" This logic could "prove" that Mithras, Zeus, Krishna, Horus, Buddha, etc. really existed as gods, as they were worshipped for many centuries, and those religions spread.

  • @TownCryo Right, but my statement referred to existence in general, not in existence as gods. So people that were attributed to be Krishna, Mithras, etc. could have possibly existed . My point is that since the government was looking for ways to shut down Christianity back in its beginnings, they surely would have found evidence against Jesus' existence to help shut down the movement. It wasn't that they didn't believe He existed- they just didn't believe He was God. Hope that clarifies stuff~

  • @SapphirePanorama - If Zeus didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down the belief system before it spread? If Buddha didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down the belief system before it spread? If Mithra didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down the belief system before it spread? If Vishnu didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down the belief system before it spread? If Ra didn't exist, wouldn't people have shut down the belief system before it spread?

  • @gekritzl Good point, though I believe that Jesus has definitely greater historical likelihood than the rest.

  • @SapphirePanorama - I tend to agree, but hold strong possibility that Buddha and Krishna existed as real men. Mithra, Ra, Horus? I don't think so. Sun-gods, pure myth, I'm sure you'll agree.

  • @gekritzl Yup, agreed!

  • i dont get it if there was no jesus, then how did the christians come about

  • So, the world created itself right? Ignorant presentation unbeliever.

  • damn, in other words.....tons of non biblical writers wrote lots about jesus. Damn, he takes what they said, Jesus was real, and gives these what if he was being sarcastic? this is a joke. this guy must be ???? you figure it out.

  • watch my video on exposing Christianity thanks, it's got good evidence

  • How do we explain the discovery of James' bones with the inscription on the stone box "James, son of Joseph, brother of Jesus." the container was dated correctly and so was the engraving.

  • @smokewagon39 Most of us don't argue the existence of the man Jesus, we argue the existence of the magic jesus, so finding a stone box with historically accurate information does not prove that this man died and resurrected for our "sins" nor was the son of Jahweh. Not all of the bible is made up. It's just a little... exagerated.

  • @chriswonderboy - Thank you for the reply. To me the video series is misleading in that it makes it seem that Jesus was a myth entirely. Thanks again for your response.

  • @smokewagon39 - You got a link for this discovery?

  • Josephus is talking about Jesus ben Damneus as the brother of James on another note lol

  • There is very little historical evidence because he didn't cause a big fuss until he had been dead for 100 years. Many things were added to the New Testament like literal physical resurrections.

  • 2:24 Shit eating grins.

  • this is where all the antheist hang out?

  • Stupid, stupid ideas...

  • @dragaoastro69 why?

  • @elbowbiter1 Because my friend, no serious historian aceppts that jesus historicity is not true. This video, along whit the others related to this one, claim something that is simple not true. From the lack of evidence on jesus existence, the stupid argument of no info on jesus while he live, and the horrifying link between horus and jesus...all are part of a "conspiracy" theory that could have acceptance on youtube but not in the halls of the universities.

  • @dragaoastro69 how do we know that that is true? How do we test the veracity of the written evidence these historians go by?

  • @elbowbiter1Veracity has to be obtained trough the comparison to others sources on the same issue, together whit a objective and critical avaluation. If we doubt everything on the ancient sources, then we cannot have anything absolute on Classic History. Let me give you an example: imagine that you are a atheist historian. Are you going to ignore ancient historians just because they believed in gods? And if you are a christian historian, are you going to ignore them because they are pagan?

  • @dragaoastro69 Oh, I totally agree. However, would it be wise to assume that a thing is true abscent objective evidence? There are written accounts of Polish Forces assualting a German Listening Post prior to the September 39 invasion. It was once the catalyst that started WWII. It is written down by several sources but do we have objective evidence that this is true? How do we verify that it is not true? Is it right for historian's to be so certain of a thing absent objective evidence?

  • @elbowbiter1 Faith in what is written down and faith on our academic capacities is essential to your question my friend. How can we know for sure that the event that you describe realy happend? I think that in the face of history, where rarely books and theorys are written based on "in your face eye acounts" we must have believe on the facts that our ancesters wrote. Like tacitus said "Hence my purpose is to relate ... without either anger or zeal, from any motives to which I am far removed"

  • Comment removed

  • @dragaoastro69 Well everything has a varied degree of faith to it. Veracity is not a testiment to a piece of evidence absolute truth... it is a testiment as to how likely a thing is to be true. So I agree with what you have said, we have to have faith. Now, again allow me to re articulate my original questions. How do we know that a historian's faith that the Jesus character in the bible was a real historical figure? How do we test the veracity of the evidence that led them to that conclusion?

  • @elbowbiter1 "How do we know that a historian's faith that the Jesus character in the bible was a real historical figure? How do we test the veracity of the evidence that led them to that conclusion?" Archaeology should help in this quest but we all know how dificult it his on this matter. I honestly dont have a straith answer except on trusting the historiographic merits of original writters and of the present ones.

  • @dragaoastro69 Well I have agreed with you so far but faith and trust are not the tools of a scholar. Reasoned rationalized best guesses based on available evidence are. The claim that Jesus might have been an idea that came out of Egypt is an interesting one. We have evidence of Egyptian Monotheism long before Jewish monotheism (which isn't to say it didn't come from Canaan). We know that the Greeks/Macedonians spread egyptian ideas all through out the middle east and europe. Why not table it?

  • @elbowbiter1 In the case for jesus historicity its intelectual offensive to ignore the new testament has a proof of jesus existence just because it his a religious book. Luke is often consider one of the best ancient historians by classic authorities of the period. We will never see jesus on the flesh, we will never go back to palestine and judea of the 1 century but we have credible sources in my view that speak about him. It really depends on you view of historiography. Another example is this

  • @dragaoastro69 Again agreed, we should not rule out the bible as a historical document. Homer's Illiad is also a historical document. In the Illiad, homer describes Prince Paris Alexandros of Troy. I will conclude my point in another post...

  • Comment removed

  • @elbowbiter1 Absolutely . My Classics professor in the university based is lectures on ancient greece, on the Achaean period, strongly on Homers work. The amount of information to know the culture an society of that period is striking.

  • @elbowbiter1 "The claim that Jesus might have been an idea that came out of Egypt is an interesting one" Interesting to the zeitgeist "philosophy" and exoteric amateur historians. I honestly dont agree whit you my friend on this subject. The connection of jesus to egyptian mythology is as valid in my view to the idea of jesus travelling to tibet or india on the missing years. Well, let us continue this debate tomorow if you allow me, ok? Peace!!!

  • @dragaoastro69 Oh, I haven't made that claim. I did make the claim that Egyptian culture was widely desseminated in the ancient world. It may have influenced their next door neighbors, the Judea who 600 odd years after the fact, adopted monotheism as well. We know that the Greek/Macedonians spread the Eastern Cultures far and wide, first from trade with the Persians and Egyptians, second from the conquest of the Persians and Egyptians. The Greeks were also pivotal players in the early cult.

  • @elbowbiter1 any proof of egyptian mythology in its public ministry. He seems to be a typical jew whit the "small" diference of claiming messianic status. A very interesting point that is used to justify this link his the date of jesus birth. First off all my friend, do not forget that in all of the new testament, there is not a single indicative of this date, so to establish a link to real christianity is false. However, we cannot refute the idea of pagan influences on christianity. But what

  • @elbowbiter1 Herodotus, the father of History ,gave enormous importance to the olimpic gods on how events unfolded on his work but historians do not classify him as a imposter. So, why should we do the same to the gospels or the acts? We just have to examine the sources impartialy, accepting that any avaluation of such old and distant memories must come whit a large dose of risk to the truth. Its up to us to filter the real truth!

  • @dragaoastro69 Yes I agree with you yet again. Herodotus is an accepted primary source who makes fantastic claims. I too think we should accept that these distant memories must come a risk to the truth. We both seem to accept that premise. Where we differ, I think, is that I entertain the possiblity that Jesus may not have existed at all... my position is "I don't know, it is a matter of faith and not fact." Would you agree?

  • @elbowbiter1 I would twist your sentence if you permite me from "I don't know, it is a matter of faith and not fact" to "I know, it is a matter of fact and not faith" The percentage or danger of jesus being a mythical figure is so low or unreal that, then again, i would say, whit tremendous confidance that he was real. If we doubt jesus due to the antiquity of the sources we must doubt, has i said, almost all of the classic sources. I would say, that tacitus writtings is suficient enough.

  • @elbowbiter1 A senator, a educated men and especialy offering a bad descripton of the early christians, should be accepted. Not to mention the bible of course. In the realm of psicology, why would some jews invent a person-myth, allowing them to be sujected to terrible deaths and privations in the defense of that myth? Its just not rational. Whats your opinion of my opinion?

  • @dragaoastro69 Well at first glance, politicians are rarely trustworthy. Now when I scruinize Tacitus' timing. He wrote his paragraph after the fact. While he reseached this cult that had cropped up in his city he would have learned their story. All he was doing was illuminating it. In the realm of psychology, why would jews make up a claim that the messiah had come. Perhaps for the same irrational reason present day theists made the claim that David Koresh was the messiah and died.

  • @elbowbiter1 I agree but let me correct something. When i did say that tacitus was a senator im refering to the fact that he had access to fine and rare sources of the imperial government. We know that pontuius pilate ruled judea in that period as the gospels indicate. And i think that the David Koresh example cant
