@poolchamp15 It should work. The graphics card takes 2 slots with the Musashi cooler. If I remember right, it also took 2 slots with the default cooler, right? But to be on the safe side please visit scyte.com for detailed information.
@ryancouture for music production especially mixing silence or a low noise level is very important and the stock cooler was very noisy compared to this one.
On my asus hd 4870 the frame of the GPU is higher than the core, so i had to put copper spacer between core and base of the cooler. However, that plate is barely smaller than the opening of the frame, and after a few moving of the pc, i guess that the plate moved slightly and touched the frame, causing the graphic card instability, more exactly artifacts and screen braking.. Screws that hold the cooler are fairly thin, and the holes in the card are wider, so musashi twists a bit..
@HenkAnnieNaald nope, i removed the cooler and installed it again, carefully doing every step, and still sometimes i get lines, dots, or the gpu is just unstable.. then i twist the musashi a bit and everything works again. don't get me wrong, the cooler is perfectly quiet and there's no way i would go back to the stock one.. and yeah, i tried back the stock cooler, tested it in every way, an gpu was perfectly stable.
cool video, chek o ut my another channel!

Can I run Crossfire with 2 of these coolers? Or is the cooler too big?
thanks

@NitoriousZ It should work cause the musashi cooler only takes one extra slot like the stock cooler

@deva132 What thermal paste did you use? Because my cooler is harder to remove when i put on arctic mx-2 (it cures a little).
