  • What is the song during the dance of cossacks? I have been looking all over for it. Not the singing girls, but the one after that when the real dancing stars...anyone know?

  • @MrZhangjiao song is Belolitsa-Krouglolitsa, dance from Archangelsk (Russia) -

Girls imitate the birds from the Russian fairy tale

  • @maaskozak Thank you so much!

  • I've heard once an Opera version of that first song played in the video. I would really appreciate to know the song's name and composer. Does anyone know?

  • @joaopedroams That instrumental song at the start is called Polyushko Polye.

  • extremely catchy music! Da! Da! I love it!

  • *one

  • Become ome with Mother Russia, da?

  • @Drepani13 Da! :D

  • damn those guys have some mad agility

  • what is the name of this song in this part? doesn't seem to be kalinka

  • what the fuck has this got to do with Hetalia?

  • cossack, the first bboy

  • The storry here is kinda similar to the endless discussiaon whether Antonov 225 is Russain or Ukranian plane. Cossacks were the part of Russian Empire, that became then the Soviet Union and finaly brake up in 90-s on the dosen of small countries and the one big remain in the center. The arguments like that are pointles. My coment was only to explain our unaducated american frends, that cossacks were not only in Ukrain, and these cossacks are definitly not Ukranian. End of story =).

  • @irynski Wowow, take it easy dude! You are too tens =)). I can write my oppinion on any damn subject I whant, and I realy dont take a shit if personaly you do not like it ). May be you are a professor of Linguistics, Ethnography, Anthropology and Politics?! May be you get any works published in the internet? If not you are just a damn internat nerd as everybody here nothing more. And what you are saing is nothing more than your pirsonal oppinion, just like mine :).

  • @irynski And still if I got the oppinion of two cossacs here, you and KalugaDON. And you're saing cossacs are Ucranian and he says they are not. Whom should I believ? And why your oppinion should be truth?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski Yeah thats right =)! BUT if your pirsonal reserch (talking to people, reading some books) is not approved by some diplomatede scientists it is just your oppinion... I just know what I know =). And since cossack live both in Russia and Ucrain I'm saying "There are Russian cossacs and Ucranian cossacs".

  • @irynski Dude, you are not one to deside should I shut up or not. Everybody have a right to say his oppinion and this is mine. I just don't care about your "research" cos its bulshit, it is unofficial and aprooved by nobody. I should not belive Ernst Moldashev that Atlants ectualy lived in India, and I should not belive you even if you're saing you did "research". So fuck you I will continue writing what I think here, and dont care about you.

  • @irynski Yeah, this how all internet nerds speak. Read yourself, write yourself! Darwinism is dead by the way ;). And at this time the Modern Synthetic Theory of Evolution based on Population Genetics is asteblished. Read yourself to be more educated ;) The medicine you might taking right now to treat some of your deseases is a product of this theory.

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski And by the way Darwinism contridicded the genetics and synthetic theory of evolution is totaly in accord with it. You still know nothing about it, and don't even try to compete with me in this field cos 1) this is offtop and 2) you will lose in our argument here.

If you pretend that you know everythind about everything go and kill yourself, you already has no life. I will not spend 52 years on reading literature about cossaks as you suggested, I'm quite busy person you know?

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski No man should be a specialist in all areas of life. But every one should have its own oppinion and have a right express it. Your long monologue just told me that you are not related to any kinde of sciense nither history nither ethnography nither linguistics. Cos you are tolking not like scientist, just like internet nerd. 52 years, quite long. Have some life! Make youself usefull to a society! So you are not authority to me

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski I will belive you only if you will present serious articles on ethnographics, non Ukranian, and from recent decades (not 19-th sentury). If you unable, than I must say your reserch is a bulsht -_____-

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski That's right cos you're just unable. And you are more a demagogue than an educated person. End of story. Bye bye, see you later :)

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski And if you realy did a research that contridicts the official version, than YOU should provide as with the evidences, not ME. We are still waiting for the references from you :). Non UCRANIAN and from resent decades please ;))!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski Bla, bla, bla, bla bla =)). Tons of words. NAZIS oh my god no way! You are the first who ever colled me a nazi haha. Maybe cos ukranians always feel a butthurt when someone starts talking that something good in the world is not Ukranian. Tonns of words again and nothing substantially. I'm talking about the ethnographical articles on Don and Cuban cossacs that are not published by Ucranians. Russian, American, whoever...

    Well? :)

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski You know Ucranians today are trying to rewrite the history in some bullshit way (just like you said about nazi germans), so I will not belive any article published by ucranians or in the Ukrain :). If you will find russian one than I will applaud you! But I bet you will not so try some american or europien first :)!

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski You know, books are usualy meens nothing. Ernst Muldashev also published a book. And it is total crap. Articles are published in serious referenced scientific journals. There could be no crap, only misconceptions :)

  • @irynski Look in wikipedia atleast "Cossacks (Ukrainian: Козаки́, Kozaky, Russian: Казаки́, Kazaki) are a group of predominantly East Slavic people who originally were members of democratic, semi-military communities in what is today Ukraine and Southern Russia inhabiting sparsely populated areas and islands in the lower Dnieper[1] and Don basins and who played an important role in the historical development of those nations."

No information about their origin from Ukranians!

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski Im a scientist myself, not in hystory in biology but still I have a enough skills to filter the information from bullshit, its my profession. I do it everyday at work!

  • @irynski You and your friends may think that thay originated from whoever! I dont care. Nazi Germans told they originated from Aryans and they also "did lots of reserches". But nobody nowdays belive this bullshit. I will rely on consensus oppinion since Im not a specialist in this field. Your oppinion is just a one of the exotic hipotheses...

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski And I belive wikipedia more than you cos they have references on approved literature sorses

  • Looks like i've made it too the wierd part of youtube again....

  • there are no suggestions on the right O.O

    none needed this i amazing

  • @ForestTreeDragon Just do a YouTube search for the phrase: ukrainian cossack dancing

This is great BUT you'll find treasures that'll make you forget this within a couple of minutes! Pryvit (greetings) from Australia!

  • @irynski Yay! Thank you very much ( you were right it actually took me awhile to re-find this video )

I wish I lived in Australia like you....it sounds like a wonderful place :)

  • @ForestTreeDragon Yes, it's still quite a descent place to live. Very cosmopolitan (which is a wonderful thing). I meet very few people who aren't from different cultures nowadays... yet, on the whole, everyone is interested in each other's cultures & traditions. It makes for a great way of sharing ideas and caring for everyone in the world. So many countries have become fascistic in their fear of other cultures. Enjoy the dancing! Enjoy the diversity of the human race!

  • this is great! I saw this in the Adams Family movie! great moves!

  • I saw a sunflower. c: /shot for hetalia reference

  • @SpiritChildKyra kolkolkol

  • How exquisite!

  • This is funny

  • SUCH ROMANTIC!!!

  • i LOVE this music!

  • it is true that Russia is in two continents, Europe and Asia...however, their culture is just so unique! they aren´t Europeans because they differ from the rest of Europe and they are not Asians because they are way distant from their culture...but you can see how both Europe and Asia are reflected in the music, dances, and clothes...really they are unique...они русских! they are Russians = )

  • Kolkolkolkolkolkolkolkolkolkolkolkol....

  • @SisiaVogel hahaha, hetalia ^^

  • @onter91 ...lol thats what brought me here xD

  • @SisiaVogel Aw, I was gonna post that! Lol, great minds think alike, I suppose...

  • 2.37 Ben Affleck?

  • @MsMi6agent Name of this song of love is "Chernobrovii, chernookii" ("Чернобровый, черноокий", means "Man with black eyes and black brows"):)

  • @LetoSkoro Thanks!

  • Omg, Ivan! 8D -sunflowers, spotted!-

  • God damn. Am I the umpteenth person who watches Russian stuff because of Ivan Braginski? Lol <3

  • I was about to murder those women when Polyushko-Pole was cut off, but I saw a sunflower behind one at 0:50 and I squeaked "IVAN!!!" and I was happy :)

  • become one with russia? (btw, i can see you, sunflowers!)

  • dorgas manolo

  • name of the song that starts at 1.02

  • For the so called Russians, these dancers and the music itself comes on awfully SPANISH?...there should be an ARTISTIC INVESTIGATION of what is going on here...

  • 0:14 Ferdek Kiepski :D

  • In the US they say white man can't dance..........obviously they have never met a Russian or a Ukrainian

  • @Cossack7357 I second that. My friend's dad is Ukrainian and he can effin' DANCE.

  • @Cossack7357 this is one of the most stupid assertion I ever heard. dancing or anything else has nothing to do with the color of your skin. I thought we were in 2011, but obviously you still live in the last racist century.

  • @MrR2A Don't take the comment to heart. Bear in mind that most of the people writing here live in ex-Soviet countries (predominantly Russia, Ukraine & Poland), even though they are communicating in English. Trashy racist jokes like, "White men can't dance" were taken as a cold war political slur against peoples of Eastern Europe. It's usually the kids that write things like that... and I'm just hoping that they get a little smarter with age! Pryvit (greetings) from Australia!

  • The dancing is so lively and dynamic :D

  • i really like folk dancing, especially hungarian and russian. i made an amateur rotoscopy, (1:06 - 1:24), i hope you don't mind. say the word, and it's gone.

  • que chingados?

  • Cossacks were the free armed farmers from both Russia and Ukraine. In fact they lived on the south of the Russian Empire and since Ukrane was the south region of the Russian Empire cossacks also lived there. Taras Bulba was from Ukrain (Zaporozhskiy Cossack).

  • @SiniyCHEL not only farmers. Cossacks were bandits (no offence), prisoners and peoples who was unfairly adjudget. They came from Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, Russia, Moldawia. Crown of the Kingdom Poland took his lands. Later Cossacks fight with him against Turkish Empire. But thereafter Polish were idiots and Cossacks rise in rivolt and Cossacks kicks our asses because in this times Crown of the Kingdom Empire was fighting against Ottomans, Swedish, Cossacks and later against Russian.

  • @SiniyCHEL right thought , but wrong direction. "brodniki" where mentioned before mongol invasion to Kyivan Rus, but they lived and have continued to live on on the land that was "wild field" but made able-sustainable-dependable-.. before Ivan 4 "The Gran Duke of Moskovia" (In his Livonian treaties Just Gran Dukee of Moskovia (to the record - grand duke was just one of the most important, but not even the leader of the country) -nota king, zar (ceasar or emperor or any bullshit like it).

  • @SiniyCHEL id get a top rated comment if i knew what i was talking about too....

  • @SiniyCHEL read 1 book about history of cossaks non soviet age. and only then write such bullshit!

Im cossak, my grandfather, and my father cossaks. Cossaks never was russians or ukranian! Its tale from fucking russians. they want to name cossaks russians. 70% of Cossaks was killd in civil war by russians! its was genocide of cossaks ppl. They have created 100 500 Cossack folklore ensembles, and only listen to our songs and do not give up the head ...

  • @KalugaDON Ok, ok. I didn't write anything amberassing. Why are you so aggressiv =))? I even didn't say that cossaks are russians or ukranian, in fact I just told that they are not ukranian. And thats all =).

  • @SiniyCHEL Sorry, just tired of the fact that Russians on utube everywhere write that cossaks are Russian.

    nothing personal.

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski Well ok. What about cossacks from Don, from Ural? Who were Razin, Bulavin, Pugachov?

As I understand cossack is not a nationality, it's just a way of life =).

You should disscus this with KalugaDON who is another cossack here, and he thinks that he is not ukranian. I actualy just dont give a fuck =)).

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski Oh yeah, I've forgoten, everything in the world originated in Ukrane! Ofcours =)), this is so obvious, haha =D))

  • Comment removed

  • @irynski And yeah, culture and nationality is not the same.

  • Comment removed

  • I forgot, Im Polish and I Love my Slavic brother from Ukraina and Russia and other slavic country. Greatings from Poland.

Słowiańska brać żyje i żyć będzie.

  • @CapStepan Thats right, but Ukraina in past was in Polish zone of influence. Actually in Poland Kozachok (pol. KOZAK) is current in east side of country.

Kozak is also national dance of Poland.

Ukraina isn't Rosia. Ukraina is individual country, nationality which is a separate culture to Russia, similiar but separate.

  • @CapStepan. What do you mean "Russian culture came from Ukraine"? Russian state was founded in Novgorod about 862 year by skandinav warrior tribe "Rus" with his ruler Rurik. Rurik's offsprings ruled in Russia untill 17 century. Ivan the terrible was last of Ruriks dinasty. Rurik's warriors conquered Kiev. Some later it became the capital of "Kievan Rus" (not "Kievan Ukraine") the politikal center for long time. The slavonic word "ukraina" means "a land at an age" as you know.

  • not being ignorant, ok i am being ignorant but has anyone ever seen snatch with jason statham and brad pitt? well if you have you know boris the blade, his intro music is what i see as the spirit of russia

  • muy bien ! I would like this band on my wedding too!

Im divorced - buy the way ;]

    nice1!

  • I love Russia and Russian and Music

  • Beautiful!! ^^

  • Better than hip hop!!!

  • ukraine for ever!!

  • That's no Russia folckrole! That is a Ukraine folcklore.

  • I admire these girls' dress. How beautiful!

  • This must be where the expression "Kicking up your heels" came from.
