  • Any comments boys and girls?

  • Hey Gheyth this is brilliant! Hilarious and smart cutup. The more you mix the more it means. Laura.

  • what can i say mate.. very interesting. this shit took long but I liked it. Maybe because I like to enthuse about the word myself and words enthuse me themselves...

  • Thanx Man,i really apreciate your comment!i'll B presenting the full triptich video installation in Beirut somewhere between April and May...pass by if your in the area!

  • this video is one part of a triptich...the other two videos are shorter variations with a different sound track, with the voices of Brion Gysin and Adel Fakhoury reading their own words!

  • i need your comments boys and girls!

  • My 1st encounter with Adel Fakhoury's visual poems was through a Beiruti avant-garde publication:"Aïe"(1987).I was fascinated by his use of repetition, the subtle and witty sense of humour in his calligrams.

Brion Gysin is a beatnik painter/poet who elaborated, along w/ William Burroughs, the cut-up technique (shuffling words and phrases, where nonsense and new meanings emerge through random and arbitrary syntax formations).

"Repetition and permutation" is the name of the game.

    Gheith Al-Amine.
