Hundreds to thousands of married couples have broken up over World of Warcraft addictions, and a few children have even died due to neglectful parents glued to the computer screen.

Yes I agree with you 100% about addictions. I am a recovering drug addict with about two years clean. I have been to hell and back. I know people can face the same problems with games. But I think the video was more for humor than "sending a message".

Unless you can tell me you had someone ask you to show your arms to them to see if there was any needle marks then you don;t know why I thought this was a little insensitive. I got addicted to one of the Zuma clones, Luxor. I would play it for days on end, stage by stage, level by level until The day my addiction ended...

I lost. All those hundreds of thousands of points just disappearing before my eyes. I smashed the mouse and slammed the keyboard. I didn't want to go through any more horrible mind numbing levels and reclaim all those lost points. It's like going up spiraling stairs and then falling all the way back down, you never want to go up again.

Good Video, And PBC Don't show Z Bust-A-Move/Puzzle Bobble if I were you, It's a puzzle game spin off to Bubble Bobble. It's a fun game. Zuma kind of reminds me of it a bit, But I didn't really play it in the arcades. My Favorite Puzzle Games are Columes, The Puyo Puyo Series, and Tetris. In fact any Puzzle Game is addicting, As well as Shmups too! XD

I'm sorry, but this is completely unconvincing. However, even if you didn't intend it to closely relate to normal drug PSA's, you didn't get close to entertaining the humor aspect of it. I must admit, it's clever and inventive, but just not that funny or enjoyable. If you were aiming to inform us of the history of Zuma and PuzzleLoop and teach us about moderating our addictions, you succeeded. But don't quit your day job.

My mom used to play this ALL the time about 2 or 3 years ago on PC. It didn't really seem like an addiction since it didn't cause any trouble with her job or anything, but it's true that almost her ENTIRE PC time revolved around this game during that period.

It's funny because at some point she showed the game to a friend who was staying at our place, and he became addicted as well, and downloaded the complete version on his PC too. I guess some games are really just THAT well made. ; )
