  • Ah I remember this show. I sometimes watch this stuff so I know not to eat too much junk food. I may not be fat or obese, but I sure love junk food. So when I see stuff like this, I make myself not buy the bad foods I love to eat. Junk food is ok every once and awhile, just not every day all day

  • If I am what I eat then I must be pussy :) I eat it more then anything. I love meat and vegetables as well. But pussy is #1 on my list.

  • @EmilyGreene1984 I am allergic to onions, all legumes including soy and I still thrive as a vegan - while I agree that success with dietary changes like depends on the person, you shouldn't generalise either.

  • @kaliyanei90 Wow I'm allergic to legumes too (and seeds and apples and plums and anything with a pit) if you wouldn't mind please message, me I'd like to know how you manage. I was a vegan for a year and a half and ended up in the hospital with unbelievable anemia.

  • Emily green, you can sstill eat very healthy by avoiding the foods your allergic too, you are just giving excuses

  • This is ridiculous because not everyone can process even healthy foods. You'd be truly surprised to know there are people out there, like myself, who are allergic to some fruits and vegatables and things like wheat, soy, etc. So all this garbage about how people should become vegans isn't a 100% viable theory for people with such food allergies. Its good to eat fruits and vegatables, but its all about MODERATION - and avoiding those foods that genuinely make you sick.

  • If you only eat one meal a day that is your problem. You are keeping your metabolism dormant. Every time that you eat you raise your metabolism, and while you are not eating your metabolism slows down. If you eat only once a day, then it is slowing WAY down! You should be eating 4-6 meals a day.

    I eat chocolate only on special occasions, like xmas, that was the last time I ate chocolate, and if it hadn't been really nice imported beligan choclate I probably wouldnt have touched it!

  • yes you're supposed to be 100lbs at 5'0

  • I can only guess that you didn't bother to research this at all before commenting. 100lbs is at the lowest end of 'normal' weight for 5'0. He is at a healthy weight (according to BMI, which is flawed, I might add) in between 100 and 130 lbs. This is variable dependent on age and sex - not to mention body type.

  • Elliptical trainer and cutting out processed food. The Elliptical has resitance, arm and leg work outs all at once, so its the best. And processed foods just go straight to your fat reserves.

  • well that is quite heaby but you have to consider some people just weigh more than others whilst not being fatxD

    I weigh like 40 pounds more than a friend of mine who is just like half a head smaller than me but I'm not fatxD

    I just weigh a lot:P

    but that's because I'm quite wide and muscular too

    so you can't say if someone is fat or not if you base it on weight

    but hey 140lbs for 5 ft is a lot though

    but I should see him before I could say if he's fat or not and on the exercise just go running
