The recitor is Sheikh Faisal ar Rashood.

Without a doubt. You can find his qur'an under faisal ar rashood. He also has recorded surah anfal surah baraa/tawbah, shuaraa, taha, and a couple others. It is a very rare type of recitation. I have uploaded surah baraa from him on my channel, and some other brothers have done the other surahs. Oh and he does not have the whole Qur'aan recorded, no one really knows who he is.

"People of the cave" were the youth who wanted to escape their society that was comitting shirk. It was becoming difficult for them to worship Allah(swt) there. So they asked Allah (swt) to help them. You can read the rest of the surah to see what happened to them.
