  • Excellent !! Just one criticism....its just doesnt last long enough lol....I am not a guitar player or musician...but just love listening to this. Thanks for posting....

  • @jaxxkicutie Thank you for the kind words. Cheers.

  • Great playing and tone. That Strat sounds so chimey, beautiful. What Strat is it?

  • @AntiRellik Thanks. It's an 2005 reissued 54 Strat with Fralin vintage hot pickups.

  • That's not a Bad cover.

  • Nice work!

  • Nice, very nice modulation SDD3K?

  • @097U2 Yep, SDD3K straight into a VOX AD30 practice amp. I'm also using a blue herdim pick.

  • Good Job Mate

  • sweet clip.. sounds nice.. good choice of cover too!

  • good job i play it almost the same way in standard tuning and sounds great in play on my spider 4 pratice amp very fun to play

  • Awesome, well done!

  • w hat delay time did you use? thanks

  • I think it was 442 milliseconds.

  • hey, what is the bass, treble, and middle? also is it standered tuning? i wish to play a cover of this...

  • beautiful.................oli

  • WOW loved this clip

  • Excellent.... I see your using red Herdims, they sound just as the blue ones. I assume its a Fender Strat, right? Just asking in case it's a Squier, cause some of them sound as good as a genuine Fender Strat..

  • Sound perfect, great talent :)

  • You have a great Sound/Tone with your AC30CC2X

  • Lovely sound. What are your settings on the top boost bass & trebble?

  • Thanks.

This clip was played on the VOX AD30 practise amp not the AC30 Top Boost.

On my AC30 the both the treble and bass are at about 11 o'clock.

  • good job

  • Nice sound, wonderfull.

  • use the neck pickup or the middle/neck pickup. Your guitar is too twangy but, other than that and the tuning, good job

  • ohhh you betcha this a bad cover!

    just kiding!

  • It's so easy to criticize and hide behind their computers. Your playing was fine. It's not like you were playing at Carnegie Hall or something. Peace

  • buen trabajo!!!

  • tune your guitar

  • yeah, you see its not only my ears. I think the guitar is out of tune too

  • You guys are right - it's definitely out of tune. I was really testing out my new camera when I played this so I didn't tune the guitar before I recorded.

  • naughty naughty!!

naaw, its all good. hey, just a piece of advice. when your struming the 4th and 5th strings in this song, and then go down to strike the first string, you take a short pause before returning to strum the 4th and 5th strings. Try doing it without the pause. It holds the rythm better and gets the listeners foot tappin. I think alot of people do it your way and just let the delay take over, but it doesnt round out the sound. Please give it a try and tell me what you think!

  • A good example of what im talking about is the BAD cover by trevor stark. check it out

  • good job, nice sound

  • I like the sound after 0:29

It starts to slightly break away from being an exact 'Bad' cover and become a tune in its own right.

  • thats the "second" riff in the song

  • like this.

    Good play, dude

  • Good effort - well done

  • nice

  • second 22 to sec 26 live notes that Edge made in 1984-85 nice! I like the tone.

  • Thanks. I love the way Edge played the Live Aid version of Bad - its always been my favourite version of this song.

  • I love that 22-26 sec thing too!
