This book is well worth reading as it also has a WORKBOOK that goes with it. It isn't the "Diet" but the THINKING that matters. She now has a 3rd book with a diet, but to me the calorie range is too high, but her approach is helpful. Keeping the weight OFF is the hard part and this book is GOOD for that. Also, read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. as it is very helpful. He has clips here on Utube.
