  • The competitor, "Slimplug" seems to be restricted to 3Amp (which is why it is only available with a "figure 8" plug on a fixed cable.

Is the Thin plug similarly restricted?

A version with a "euro" plug on the end would be far more useful.

I don't see why it would need a higher current rating if it was still supplied with a 3Amp fuse.

  • @AndyP2002 aren't euro and american plugs really slim already?

  • @gtube83

I meant a lead with a UK plug Slimplug on one end and a Euro "kettle" socket on the other (rather than the figure-of-eight socket, which isn't much used these days).

  • @AndyP2002 oh in that case i need a clover type for my thinkpad adaptor

  • @AndyP2002 and on the promo video for thinplug i saw a 5a fuse

  • where can i buy one?

I have found for a long time.

  • @prowede Thin Plug will be available in the UK after Summer
