If you are willing to spend allitle more cash I would sugest that you get the bodylastics resistance bands. they are allitle more price but are much better that both those, pluss can give you much more resistance, trust me you will out grow 30 lbs really quickly. nut coll review though.

I have bodylastics TO edition and it is crap. The tubing has a poor feel.
Lifeline / ihpfit cables are smooth and provide much better resistance.
