CallASpade, I think you'd find that many if not most "conservatives" think that Healthcare needs to be reformed. They aren't content with "the way things are" either. They simply DON'T want the Fed overseeing a HUGE bureaucracy and mandated/required healthcare.

The main gripe from conservatives over this bill is not that they think healthcare is so peachy & perfect, but that this bill REQUIRES one to have health insurance....if not, you pay an excise TAX. Have a problem with a TAX for something that you don't want? Well, then you GO TO JAIL.
