the sandlot and many other things were my freaking childhood. its what made me happy and kept me company in a time when I had no friends. games, movies, books kept me happy. ocarina of time/ star wars/ anime manga, halo and lord of the rings I grew up with.then they made sandlot 2 (awful) star wars clone wars (a fucking joke) and war in the north (a mockery to the trilogy that was not with the true story) what happened to our past? our awesome childhood. anyone else feel this way?

@JLC31383 A wise decision, sir. I saw both Sandlot sequels and kind of enjoyed the third one (it was the only one that tried anything new rather than ripping off the first one like Sandlot 2 did), but it's not really worth it.

Scott Smalls' 10 year-old brother Johnny is in it, but doesn't play baseball.

Replace the baseball that went over with a tiny space shuttle from NASA.

Replace the Beast with one of its offspring, "The Great Fear".

Add girls, feministic attitude and a love interest.

That's the Sandlot 2 in a nutshell.

Gosh like seriously this movie really made me want to grab a whole group of my friends and have the same adventure except with basketball. Sadly, i couldnt make it happen and i grew older. ;( And just something about the tracks from this movie will always bring back childhood memories
