No its not a graduation. this is kinda ceremony of "Bar Admission" in New Zealand. Law school graduates have to go through another institution for around half a year to a year, and then they go thru this Bar Admission process and they can be both Barrister / solicitor in the same time, but many specialise only in one particular role. people act more as solicitors here than barrister.
