@tiggersrevenge r u asking wat should u eat? really to decrease bodyfat u dont have to be supper strict, jus cut back on junk and sweets, if ur trying to have an eating regiment, a standard 8oz chicken breast, 1-2 cups brown rice, and a good serving of broccoli twice a day with a protein shake is a great way to start
