could be awesome to have GTA V in Dubai, but think how extremely good PC you need to have, maybe at maybe 4 GB RAM and maybe at least 3 to 4GHz processor and an extremely graphic card. What about on PS3? Have it in 3D? that can be very sick!!! But I vote for Dubai to GTA V!!!

@94kricco Well, i bet they can solve it smoothly, just take a look at Just Cause 2, i hope GTA V will have better graphics, but as good optimized as JC2, because that game runs fine, with unbelievable graphics.

it will be at Los Santos. GTA V: Los Santos they (i think) will make GTA IV Graphics. i read the GTA Wiki and it saied that GTA V will be set in los santos :D

GTA 3 didn't have the Liberty city from GTA 1, nor did Vice City or San Andreas have their respective cities from GTA 1, all the cities from GTA 1 were precisely square , and Grand Theft Auto 4 is set in Liberty City. Where are you getting your facts from?

@kismikola Somehow I doubt that they will redo Vice City a THIRD time, and they really did get the best they could out of San Andreas, so they can't really recreate that, I am thinking a city that they have never done before, so it is possible (but unlikely) that they will set it in Dubai. I think there is a high chance that it will be set in Washington DC or Chicago remodeled to fit the GTA 4 canon.

@kismikola Somehow I doubt this, as they have already fairly fleshed out Vice City and San Andreas in their previous games, so I think that GTA V will bring a new and unknown location. But, if you knew that the things you put in your video was untrue, then why did you put them in your video?

yes...the more bigger the city the less stuff they could put on the disc...example: helicopters and other cars and missions. They have limited space on a disc and they didnt put planes on gta iv because their wasnt enough room on the disc as the city was too detailed...i think it was the size on the real map...(the invisible barrier was too far out) but still its good

Rockstar was put planes to gta4, and you cant drive it, NOT because no more space, because the graphics engine could not make the different hole into each building and the collapse

look this is not sure, and the only reason why they choose Dubai is, Dubai is the " future " u know the Burj Dubai Tower? currently its the highest building in the world around 700 meters, btw Dubai have the most beautiful beach ;)

trust me...nearly every game studio is lazy...it will take them about a whole year to make a new city...they will probaly make a fresh vice city..but its more likely it will be los santos as they concentrated to much on both liberty city and vice city stories...if you think about it they made a fresh liberty city so it shows they cant be bothered to make a fresh new copy of a city...:O vice city is the best...the best soundtrack ever and it really felt i was in the 80s... :)

i thought about the same thing when i heard that gta iv is actually in liberty city and not in new york. And liberty city is the city that they use too much i think, and they should change it, that's actually very good because i'm bored of american cities, and they should change something, like in the weelman the game is set in barcelona.
